Recevied call from this number, but they called my sons cell phone and asked for me. Now how did they get his cell phone number?

Received several calls from this number.  A fax tone comes and no one answers. Very disrupting and annoying.

Belongs to Cash America, a debt collecting service. Also calls from 800-773-3147.

Received a voicemail from a Connie Kendall.  Her message was very familiar as if she knew me - but I have no idea who she actually is.  She asked me to call her back and left her extension.
