You will NOT be arrested, lose a job or your social security.  .  Threatening you with anything is against the law.  You were contacted by thieves.  IGNORE them.  Please check out the comments above yours.  There are options to report these scammers.

They will not stop calling me. They accused me of not paying a bill, would not tell me what I owed other than I needed to stay on the phone and get money out of my bank and put it on a money Pak and pay them. If I didn't they would have the police at my door the next day to arrest me and go to court and that I would lose and be locked behind bars. Also that I wouldn't be able to get a job for 7 years or use my social security number. Also they asked if I had attorney so they could send over paperwork and my attorney could give me details and they are would arrest me.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.  I recommend you also file a complaint with your local LE and also your phone service provider.

File reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..

They have called my employment twice and the office manager called back and spoke to a man and told them not to call their because it is a place of business and whomever they are trying to reach they need to contact them on their personal phone not their office and she said the guy said ok he will not call again and then turn around and call back today and when told not to call here again because he will be reported he went on to say will you give her a message and she said no call her personal phone then he said well we will have a warrant issued for under her ss# and etc and she hung up the phone on him and then called back and got a voicemail stating this is the state attorney office please leave a message. Never heard such thing as calling a state attorney office and it goes to a voicemail saying that, that is very odd and weird. She left a message alright and told him to stop calling our office that this a doctors office and a place of business and she will report him if he continues to call here.

to quote my esteemed  colleague  Gunnar

Just laugh at him! He's nothing but a two-bit fraud. The regulars here deal with claims like this clowns everyday. Their stories are so transparently bogus it's hard to keep from breaking in to uncontrollable laughter. About the only thing that keeps us from going in to hysterics is the knowledge that occasionally some naïve soul will fall for these scams.
Not a day goes by that we don't hear about "federal marshals" & "agents" from the IRS or the DEA. These foreign frauds are so clueless that when they're confronted by a savvy American on the phone they quickly break down in to profanity & explanations of their sexual desires.
Foreign frauds rely on intimidation and the element of surprise to hopefully succeed at their scams. They know that any sensible person will see through them in very little time at all. That's why they use the high pressure tactics. If you remain calm & simply listen to their ploys the fraud on the other end of the phone will literally hear the grin come across your face. They can sense when they've just wasted their time. Without the confusion & fear tactics the fools are immediately seen for the buffoons that they are.
It never matters if the fraud calling is foreign or domestic. The first dead give-away is any threat of arrest. If a threat of arrest is made the caller is a fraud. 100% of the time! NO exceptions! If a caller says he's going to have you served on such and such day, the caller is a fraud. ALWAYS! The list goes on & on. But really it's just a matter of common sense.
Look up & know your rights under the FDCPA. It's easy, just Google it. Take a couple of hours and go over this site. Read the forums & just look around. You will be amazed, entertained & informed. There's a reason that Junk/Zombie & Bogus debt collectors despise this site. You'll quickly see why and you'll never be intimidated by a debt collector again. There are legitimate collections people out there. But they adhere to federal regulations and are only rarely talked about here.

Debt Collector
Called saying he was calling from the attorney generals office in Texas. Said his name is Daniel Lawson and there was about to be a warrant out for my arrest because I owed Cash Advance some money. Said that my SSN would be blacklisted and I wouldn't be able to work for 7 years. Said that I should call the police department and let them know what I did, get an attorney, and be prepared to be picked up tomorrow morning at my place of employment.  That I would have to go to court and pay 5000 that day or spend a year in jail. Did not like the fact that I was asking questions. Before he hung up in my ear he said may God help you out of this one. I Googled the attorney generals information in Texas and I will definitely be calling them in the morning to make them aware of the scam.

they repeatedly called me saying I was going to be arrested by federal marshalls Friday. I asked why he said omg you don't know what you did haha.,,,then he said something about my job, he asked if I had an attorney so they could send papers to him to have me arrested, he gave me a case number and the above phone number to call he said he could tell me what I did. I called the number and he answered it acting like an attorney I did not get the name, then he asked if I had an attorney I said no he said they would appoint one for me and arrest me Friday. About 2 hours later he called back number withheld, I did not answer it,,,very scary to be accused of something you don't know what you did.

Called me at my place of employment stating that he was speaking from the attorney general office.  Then proceeded to state I have an appointment at the court house.  I hung up on him.  This person spoke very broken English and then called on my cell phone which I do not answer at work.  Left an urgent message.  These people are the scum of the earth.  They want money for something I do not owe.  If they were a legitimate company they for sure wouldn't treat people that way.  2 words for you scum.  STOP CALLING!
