Anybody track this guy or sutmit the case with the police dep? I need to know we need to do something!!

Ive been trying to get a location on him. Ive been posting on him on Craig list you wouldn't believe the responses ive received. Unfortunately no one has been able to give me a solid lead to his whereabouts.

Have you been able to track this guy down? It's happening to me right now.......

Same thing is happening to me as I write. His name is Eric. Its been three weeks now since we paid him for concrete work and has yet to show up. I used him several months ago and he got the job done. Now he claims he is sick and in the hospital, numbers dont work and he wont respond to emails..... What do I do to get my money back????

Came to my house, quoted a fence repair and wrote me a contract agreement through "First Class Roofing and Construction".  Against my better judgement I wrote him a $650 check for materials.  He cashed the check within 5 minutes and never showed up for the job on Monday.  I received a couple text saying he would be there but eventually he stopped responding.

I had the same thing happen to me from him.

He is Concrete/Construction "company" who hires and then runs with the finish check leaving employees unpaid. He has victims all over north Tx. and has multiple aliases.
