Austin White called me this morning wanting to give me a loan for $2000.00 Just last Thursday he went by Peter White and wanted me to pay a $8700.00 loan I necer received.  MSG TO YOU MR. WHITE.  YOU'VE BEEN CAUGHT.  MOVE THE H*** ON!!!!

Austin White (indian accent) called my place of employment looking for one of my employees. Said he was from Cash America and that his loan was approved and he needed to call him right away. I will not even bother trying to get the message to the employee as this is obviously a scam. Cant understand how the government with all the spying they do with the NSA they cant put their time in to stop these low life scums.

Getting the same calls and, the same number of calls, from different phone numbers from all over the US.  Today, I think I counted 22.  Not sure if they're calling work.  I'm going to call corporate office on Tuesday, and let them know what 's going on.  The names are all the same.. Porter.  Washington.  Marhsall.  And, the message is the same except they haven't gotten as far as telling me what the lawsuit is about.  I called them back, finally, and told them that they were messing with the wrong person.  I told them that I knew it was a scam, and that I'd reported them to the Federal Trade Commission, The FBI, local law enforcement in Cleburne, Texas, and my local law enforcement in Scottsdale.  I also told them that I'd reported them to the AG's of both states.  

I find it funny, that they think we're all so stupid.  First, federal offices do not prosecute citizens for payday loan non-payment.  It just doesn't.  Second, people are no longer being arrested for non-payment of a loan.  We no longer have debtor's prision here, in the US, so there isn't anybody who's going to come and throw you in jail.  Third, payday loans, for the most part, are illegal in AZ.  On most days, you can't find anybody who will loan to an Arizona resident.  So.. there's that too.  

These guys are a real pain in the a***,  I hope they get arrested,

Got a call on my office phone from a Brenda Washington(heavy accent, btw). Call came from Cleburne, TX. Told her Whom she wanted was not here in my office atm. She insisted it was very important that I call back asap. Its from US Cash Advance, whom they have sent me numerous emails. I have never heard of this company and have not taken out any cash advances with this company. Obviously a scam!

I received a call from Brandon McDonald at this number calling and asking for me our my attorney to contact him.  I returned the call and advised I was Atty Jackie Chiles (from Seinfeld)  I then told him I thought his call was lewd, lascivious, salacious and outrageous.  When he continued talking over me, I advised him that I had his w***e of a mother face down in my lap and when she was coming up for air, she was eating pork...

This same number called me 7 times in a row on my cell then called my direct line at work. I believe when applying for a payday loan somehow this company gets access to your personal information. This is a scam I do not owe any collectors at this time my bankruptcy was just discharged in 11/13. Block this number and report it. Do not give them any of your bank account information there fraudulent.

They called SEVERAL times in a 3 day period and would still be calling if I didn't block the number.  But I would tell them I did not know where you got my information but I had not applied for a loan in like a year and did not want one and to take my number off their list.  After the first day I would tell them to PLEASE listen to me that I did not WANT the loan and to take my number off their list.  Then HE would say YOU LISTEN if you did not want loan why did out apply. Told them AGAIN everything and hung up.  Then they called back and said if I did not want loan I would have to call up there and verify my SS number then they could cancel the application.  After that I would just tell them I did not want or just not answer anymore.  Then I figured out how to block there number on my phone.  I wish I had number of owner and all information I would sue them - like it would do any good!!
They are VERY RUDE and hate to say it but are foreigners that you can barely understand.

Guy called stating his name to be Xavier Marshall harassing me saying I owed 7000 which is an unknown dept I have no idea about he sounded middle eastern could barely speak english and said if I don't have the dept paid by today the Monday federal marshalls would come and expedite me to Texas for a court hearing Im definently  filing a report pertaining to this matter it makes no sense some stranger calls my phone im a law abiding citizen and aI do things in princible

This guy calls everyday David Miller, harassing me and telling me this is my last chance. Don't answer their call they are not real they are a scam. They call me every hour on my cell and work phone and I work for the federal government.

Keep getting these calls for payday loan that was never taken out. Printed out my bank statements from the day they said in case anyone shows up. Been getting these calls on and off for 2 yrs. Did report but nothing happened how do you get rid of them?

Since Monday 1/20/14, this number as well as up too 100 other numbers have been calling me using different names all the while being the same (not American) guy. He went as far as threatening me and my family. He has personal information so detailed that it scared me at first. I filed a police report today after dealing with these calls literally every 10-15 minutes begining at 6am for the past week. I have no idea how to get this to top but i urge people to be extremely careful.

Is this phone number real? Someone tried to call me again and again to today and harassing me stating I am going to jail for not paying a processing fee and I need to pay $489 to have it settle. What is this?

Call from a david miller has an India excent regarding federal matter read off my social security number..

This person  named  joann washington called my  job and  cell  on this day stating they where from Federal Legislative Dept. The number  showed as being from Cleburne ,Tx. The message was taken at 0856hrs.They were asking to talk to me or my attorney. I did not talk to this person but a message was left on my voicemail and  my co worker  taken  a message tell them I was  out . The person had a very thick dialect and the person did not speak english well on  each call.  I reported an incident  that happen with another like this on the FBI site on monday. On monday ,this same person or persons made threats  to  my livelihood  and I felt it was very  inappropriate.
