i called that num back and the name of the co is CSII, bill collector, maybe medical or phone service related. they will ask you for the last 4 of yr SSN and yr last name for details. them they will ask you for a pmt opt.

It's a debt collector. Just block them because they will call every morning at the crack a** of dawn even if they have the wrong number!

They call left no message so I call back and she ask for my number so I gave  it to her then I ask  were are you calling from she just said the call center.

It's bizarre that no one has successfully talked to someone (that lady). They won't give any information. I MEAN YOU'VE CALLED TWELVE TIMES answer the damn question.

Received a partially recorded message but it must have started playing before my vcml picked up. At the end it says if I have the wrong# press 3.

Calls all day every day but never leaves a message. I called back blocked to see who it was and a lady answered I just hung up. Annoying as heck. We should all call her all day and when she answers hang up. For one day lets take shifts and just constantly harass her back lol.

Its a bill collector. Its through an attorneys office. They collect for companies who are about to sue for payment due.

I have been getting calls from this number for months. The couple of times I have answered there is never anybody there and then it goes to dial tone. I have stopped answering the calls. I never get voice mails and they call my landline too. I am on the DO NOT CALL list so I am not sure what it is for.

This number calls no matter what you tell them. They are a collection agency with literally 100's of complaints filed against them with the Texas Attorney General's Office. Call and report them online via the Texas AG, if you have a complaint. Hopefully there is a "magic" number at the Attorney general and they will do something about these con artists when the number of complaints hits that "magic" number...

We've been receiving a phone call from this number 4-5 times daily. Every time we pick up to talk, they are either silent or hang up.

Received a call from 817 496 3313 left a message (computer message) to call, so I did when answering they asked how they can direct my call...advise her I dont know this number just called me, she then asked for the phone number gave it to her she confirmed my name and she was calling for our local Gas Company for an outstanding bill.  Advise her I will call and work out a payment plan with them.  So this could be a call from any kinda of pass due utility company.  FYI

Returned a missed call at this number.  It was a collection agency looking for someone I didn't know.  The woman on the phone was extremely nice and very helpful.  I've read that some people have had trouble with them being rude, however I was pleasant with her and she in turn was with me.  Maybe it's just how you approach them?

This company called didn't leave message and when called back they wouldn't tell what for just said CSI.

We keep getting calls from debt collectors looking for our son's ex-wife (now divorced/3years). After me getting a bit annoyed, they hang up.

A female named Heather,  calls maybe every other day asking for someone who does not live in my home. Does not say anything about the company she is calling for. CSII shows up on the Caller ID.

All they do is hang up whenever I answer.

. Debt collectors my a**. Im tired of seeing this number. These people are either idiots or trying some scam. Either way its stupid. If I was in debt I don't think I would've been approved for my loan.

This company is constantly calling trying to get in touch with my grandson.  He does not owe anyone any money and has moved.  I do not need to receive calls from this company and will not give phone numbers that I do not have.

I saw the missed call on my cell phone. i clled back from my work phone and stated that someone had called me from this number. I asked what type of business and they aksed my for my number. I hung up!!  Go figure!!
