Just FYI for you, if you don't get the information that a loan processor is asking for, then YOUR LOAN WILL BE RETURNED and then you will have to deal with a pissed off car dealer so quit being a d****ead about someone doing their job in order to process your loan correctly.

Beginning Dec. 1, 2012, I have received numerous calls EVERY DAY AND NIGHT.  Today is 4/9/2013 and I am losing my mind.  How long did your attack last?  I don't want to change my #.  HELP!!!!

Since 12/1/2012 I have received at least 20 calls a day.  No one speaks, just a series of beeps.  I have no relationship with americredit.  It even happens in the middle of the night.  It is now 4/7/2013 and I am losing my mind.  HELP!!!!!!

Well these Bozo's called this evening and didn't leave a  message.   My daughter just bought a new car and hasn't even picked it up yet.  If it was a verification call (my husband co-signed) why not leave a message?  If they start calling to harass I will block the number.

Repetitively calling. Fax tones.  I had a loan with Americredit which is covered in a Chapter 13 plan so they have no business contacting me whatsoever.

This is from GM loans referencing an auto loan you already have.  They aren't just calling to collect a debt, they also call to verify information.

When I saw the number, I suspected, and when I saw here confirmation that this was AmeriCredit, I felt the need to advise about the owned numbers of this entity.  The following prefix is also operated by AmeriCredit:

817-524-29xx (many numbers that start like this).

They are relentless and merciless. They are apparently also trying to get people fired by calling during business hours and making a "hemorrhoid" of themselves.

I just bought a new Chevy truck they just welcomed me. Seemed really nice. I'm sure if you don't make your car payment OFCOURSE they are going to call and harass you haha duh you can't get the car for free people.

They claimed to want to do an employment verification. Gave the fax number a few days ago and he insisted he needed to talk with HR because how was he to know if HR received the fax and was having a minor meltdown on his end of the phone. Good for him. Have fun talking to the vm's cause we are never going to call you back and I already told him that he would HAVE TO BE PATIENT and wait for HR to fax him the forms back. Enjoy voice mail land! I hope he was rude to HR's vm cause they will call him back and give him an earfull!

Left a voice mail. This is Americredit. Typically finnance "D" paper car loans.

They have called 4 times within the last 30 minutes. There is no reason they should even be calling me. They are calling my CELL PHONE!!!!

They have called our number 2 times looking for a Paul Damato . We have told Them  noone by that name lives at our number or address.... they need to quit !!!!!!

Bought a car.  They just left a message regarding financing agreement.  Called back and they welcomed me.  No biggie...

The call was from Americredit.  I recently bought a GM vehicle and they are financing the vehicle.  They left a message and I called back to complete the welcome call.  The representative was courteous.

Ditto for me.  Called and gave me the loan number and phone.

It is Americredit-- I recently financed with them and they were just calling to verify my information. Very kind and quick.

Americredit. You didn't make your car payments on time and they are looking to repo. They call auto dealers asking for your last service date so they know where to find you.

Called a few minutes ago. Nothing but beeps.  Caller ID indicates "Americredit."

The same thing has been happening to me-- for a couple of days.  After the first couple of days, I called and asked to please be taken off their list. No problem.
3 business days later, I've gotten 7 calls (saved in my voicemail) in the past 30 minutes. When I called and asked them abt it, they say they have no record of my phone number and they can't do anything about it.

i've received three calls from this number in the last half hour.  when i pick up, i just get a beep that repeats every couple of seconds

Wont STOP CALLING....sounds like a fax machine..just hit ignore and they dont leave a message, something HAS TO BE DONE about this company, or lack therof.

I got plenty of calls this morning and it sounded like a fax machine. This was on my cell. Finally stopped after 7 calls this morning!

Americredit called my house and was harrasing my wife. They asked if we were the neighbor of someone we don't even know. They in a crude and rude tone, told her that they owe them money. When she asked how we got our number, they replied we were listed as the neighbor. He's lucky I didn't answer

its americredit financial calling about a late car payment; but they dont leave a message. if you answer you get a pitbull "customer service" representative demanding payment, other phone numbers to reach you, etc.
