Contact your Attorney General with the information on the company, and the collection agency, via a letter.  I would include any bills you have received as well as any other documentation you have received from this company.  Sounds like they are violating Fair Credit Act.  Good Luck

This caller started after I refused to participate in their "overpayment scam" on Craigslist both through email and text.  They left a message of just music.  I've reported the other information to the FTC, Ohio Attorney General's office and online with scammer reporting websites.  Maybe these people will get caught one day!

They called our office yesterday and said it was some pizza place? Didn't catch the name of the pizza place she said, but the caller id said UNVL ADCOM LL. Deceptive is not the word I would use FLAT OUT LIARS I think better describes them!!

This is a service that entities like schools or such use to sell ad space on their "community magnets" and stuff like that.

We agreed one time to the magnets. Now they are calling and said we agreed to 3 times then they got confused and said we agreed to 2 times. I said NO NO we did NOT. I said I am NOT giving any authorization to do any more!!! The girl was very very rude. I told her she needs to change her attitude and she said she didn't have one --OH yes she did. She talks very very fast--so that you can't understand her. I told NO so many times and finally she said ":Fine I will just put your competitior on there and I said well do what you have to do because we are not interested!!!!! They also come first to your business and act like they are local and deal with your local school, fire department, police department --but that is not true at all!!BE AWARE they are rip off artist

These people continue to harras us by billing us for products we never ordered and they say we approved the order by giving them our date of birth, which now a days anyone can get access to. Now they have turned us over to this mafia style collection agency called UAC who pretty much call and use highly unethical practices and threats. I have filed a complaint with the BBB but I'm frustrated as to why these people with over 388 complaints, all similar in nature, would still be allowed to be in business.

I got a call saying they were a rep. for fire dept trying to raise money for local school.They are making a 2013 Community Guide with emergency # magnet to be handed out at county business. They said I could help by placing a ad and get some more exposure for my business at the same time. They played on my heart strings to get the sale and gave my a discount, so I placed an order. WRONG, mistake, I'm regreting it now, they won't quit calling. I hope the local schools got there money, but highly unlikly. I have yet to see if the magnets have been placed at local libary, health units,Community welcome package for new residents sent out by county.
I hope the something get done about there business practices, It just plain wrong, They got me once, but never again. I am calling and walking into county gov. office to figure out how all this got started and scine it all started with them, how can they help resolve the phone calls. I May sue them and give the money Directly to charity. Learn my lesson, if your a going to money to charity give directly to the org. I can live with the lost money, they should be ashamed of the way they do business.

Some girl called my business from this number. I told her I was with a customer and she said she would call back in 30 minutes. I think she gave me a full 15 before she started ringing my phone with back to back calls. I wasn't answering because I was still with the customer. I finally picked it up and acted halfway interested in what she had to say even though I wasn't. When she told me the price for several items I already get for less through another company, I figured it was a rip-off and I just told her Thanks but I wasn't interested at the moment and she slammed the phone down and hung up with out any Thank-You, goodbye or anything. Thats just rude and if there is any company that is legit she has ruined their reputation with me. I will never give these people a dime.

Caller got my number off Craigslist, even after it states "it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests"  Asking me to pay for advertising on their maps...

Call 2 to 3 times a day, even our fax line...idiots

thay have called are roofing company saing that we that we were the only roofing company that qualified for an ad in some charity news paper for a fee of $360.00 & bussiness cards for $235.00 but because we are the only qualifing roofing business thay can do the ad & the business cards both for almost 1/2 the cost of only $385.00 for today only

UniversalAdcom - they call here over and over and over again, and slam down the phone when I ask to be removed from their calling list. I have called them back, asked twice nicely to be removed from the calling list, and again they slam down the phone.

I'm one good case of PMS away from driving to Texas and ripping their phone out of the wall.

This is from a place called Universal Adcom - 2921 Ave E East, Arlington, Texas 76011.  They are a company that is rated F by the Better Business Bureau in Austin and have had 399 complaints filed against them in the last 3 years for deceptive business trade and collections.  They will call companies and try to get you to say the word "Yes" to any of their questions and the next thing you know you are being billed for a bogus order of advertising or magnets or something of that nature.  If you don't get them to stop, they will continue to bill you, year after year, and take you to collections and report negative credit reporting on you.  I am currently filing a complaint against them with the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.  If they call you, do not talk to them because they will misconstrue your conversation as an approval for merchandise you dont want and will never see.  Hope this helps.
