As stated above they are a messenger type service for banks who hire them to get in contact and deliver letters to customers who are delinquent on there loans since the bank can not get ahold of you.

said that this was bns sevices and needed to confirm address had a package for me left 2 numbers for me to call back and no one answered the calls at either number

Got a call and the lady wanted to verify my address for a delivery. I asked what it was for and she said she would call me back. She called back and said she couldn't get a hold of the driver. then she got a man on the line who was asking if I had just made a payment to CitiFinancial Auto. I (stupidly) said yes and he said he just wanted to thank me and have me verify the last 4 of my social security # which I DID NOT. I just hung up.

Got the same call from a lady saying she wanted to confirm our address for a delivery from BNS Services. This was a message on my machine. Knowing that I haven't ordered anything and knowing that no one was sending me anything I have not returned the call. I do however have an account with CitiFinancial as the other person had so now I am wondering if it has something to do with someone accessing CitiFinancial accounts?

BNS Services is a business-to-business courier service that delivers only letters or documents, not packages. Some people believe this company does repossessions or collections, which is false. BNS services may deliver a letters on behalf of those types of companies, but is in no way affiliated with them. A delivery from BNS could be pertaining to a number of different things, as they deliver for hundreds of different companies of different industries.
