Steve davis took $15k from me when I was renting a house from him in haslet. He never paid the mortgage and the houee I was living in foreclosed on and was sold at auction. Dont ever trust this man

Shame Shame on Steve Davis....Keller Real Estate needs to sit him down and make him realize he is running away business. Just took my house off market...received the exact hand-written note in mail. Shame Shame on Steve Davis again. I also left a message on the Keller web-site of concern I have for him doing this. Not only when I relist but will make sure Keller...Steve Davis office or any other Keller office will never see a listing from me. family or friends. Receiving a note like that not only brings concerns but is it even legal?

People get these all over north america.. i live in ontario , canada... these are real estate agents trying drum up sales and get early jump on home buyers in places where people wanna buy homes ... its a common tactic and it works

This was posted on the Texas Real Estate Commission Disiplinary Action Site...his lic was suspended in Aug 2011, but he appears to be back at it again...my buyer just recieved a letter in her mailbox last night.....I am a Lic. Agent with a very respected Broker in DFW Market...see below for posting from the Commission

three counts of procuring or attempting to procure a license under The Real Estate License Act for the license holder or a salesperson by fraud, misrepresentation, or deceit or by making a material misstatement of fact in an application for a license by failing to disclose a pending Commission investigation of himself, in violation of Tex. Code §1101.652(a)(2); two counts of failing to apply to the Commission for inactive broker status on a form approved by the Commission for that purpose or by a letter providing the broker?s name, license number, and current mailing address after broker dissolved two licensed business entities, in violation of 22 Tex. Admin. CodeE §§535.121(a)(3) and 535.123(b); and by failing to notify the Commission promptly after dissolving licensed broker entities and by providing notice of a new sponsor and address information subsequent to dissolution, broker inadvertently allowed unlicensed persons to operate a rental agency or rental agencies while in association with his brokerage operations, in violation of 22 Tex. Courtney, I am a lic Realtor, please reach out to me if you need some assistance from an honest real estate agent..I cant believe this looser is doing this to people...Are you sending you rent money to him, or to a Landlord...what paperwork did he provide for your lease agreement....so sorry..

My husband and I moved to TX with our kids due to his job.  We are currently renting  a house on Hawks Landing in Haslet from Steve Davis.  We found out a few weeks ago that he is in default on our house and has not paid the mortgage for awhile.  We went to the auction in Tarrant County to find our house on the auction list.
BEWARE OF DAVIS REAL ESTATE SERVICES AND INVESTMENTS, STEVE DAVIS, BELINDA DAVIS, JM GIBSON PROPERTIES, MAX BISHIP. They are all in this together.

Found a letter from this guy - stamped but not postmarked - inside my southeast Frisco mailbox tonight.  My house has been on the market for a few months.  I sniff b***s*** from a mile off, though, and knew it was a real estate agent posing as a buyer the second I read it.  The first tip-off?  The fact that he addressed it to my husband's and my name.  If he was smart, he'd at least address it to "Homeowners of xyz."  Trying to legitimize his letter by addressing it specifically was the very thing that gave him away.

I received the same letter, but knew that it was a mass mailing right off. My wife's name is misspelled on the tax rolls and the letter had the same misspelling. It is very easy to acquire a listing of all property owners in any county and produce a mass mailing, so don't be surprised when you get mail from people that know your middle name. If it is on the tax rolls it is public information.

The note isNOT handwritten, it was printed on paper to appear that way.  This is a scam ---- BEWARE!!!!

As of this date, Mr Davis has seen fit to send us a fake handwritten letter wanting to buy our house.  I believe he pilfers through the county tax records to amass his mailing list.  Sleazy, indeed...  not someone I would want to do business with - to say the least...

Actually Henry Rahmani of WWWDH LP built most of the subdivisions in Keller.  He was one of the first land developers/builders in that area from the very beginning.  He built the shopping center where Pacos Mexican Restaurant is.  I can tell you he's not a scammer.  I used to work for him years ago.  He's a good guy.  Whoever this "Steve" guy is probably just stupid and doesnt have any idea he's doing something illegal, or just doesnt care.  I'm sure he just offices out of the building there & pays Mr. Rahmani rent.  As for the other posters.....do you get this upset when someone leaves advertising on your car windshield????  Same thing.  Throw it away.  Who cares?

817-665-5499 called my cell phone while I was at work. I was not able to answer and they did not leave a message. They do not need to be calling my cell phone, especially during work hours

I received a handwritten letter on yellow paper today in my mail offering to buy our property in Dallas.  It read  "My name is Steve Davis my wife is Bo. we'd like to buy your house at 2023 Whippoorwill.  Please call me at 817-665-5499.  I really do not know how he got our address from our for sale by owner sign.  It only lists our cell numbers and the property does not have our name on it.  Figure he is just a crooked person trying to buy property for cheap.  Good luck.  We are not suckers.
