I will NEVER do business with them again. thye've called me everyday 2 to 3 times a day. I also had an unexpected emergency come up where I simpy could not afford to pay them. Fix my dog's eye, or pay $125.00. DO NOT borrow from them. EVER

We have dealt with these calls for years.  We have never been 30 days past due EVER for over 3 years but yet two days after it's due....BAM!!!  Hundreds of calls.

Best advice I can give you?  CHANGE YOUR NUMBER.

My Fiancee and I didn't break a sweat.  Changed the numbers, gave out the new ones to only friends.  They can't do squat to your credit unless you are 30 days past due.

So go ahead, change the numbers and sit back with a smile as your phone sits in silence and they get a disconnected number.  Than just pay your bill when you can online.  Has worked like a charm for years.  Those duesch bags can suck it.  They will get paid on the day that I make the payment and there is nothing they can do to change that.

called job after asked not to do so they said it would not happen again it happened and I  was  written up on my job. They have called home up to 9 times a day. When we do answer at home its only a recording

Even when you make your payments on time they still call. My payments have been made between 10 and 20 days early for 10 months now. And they STILL call me every day 2 to 3 times a day from 3 different numbers. I ahve had nothing but problems with them. As a matter of fact - they called me 10 days BEFORE my VERY first payment was EVER due to tell me I was late and they were going to repo my car....explain THAT one! Its been like this non stop since I started with them. I LOATHE the company and everything about them...

Citi they call from many diff number.  And I am currenlty 10 days past due.

This is Citi Financial. I am behind by just a couple days due to payday occurance. I have told them 3 times that i would be making payment on payday. They called my work number and hung up, then immediately called my cell number. Very Rude too.

they call about 15 times a day.  I have no loans with Citifinancial.  I am not desperate enough to get a loan with Citi

THIS NUMBER KEEPS CALLING AND WHEN I ANSWER THE CALL, NO ONE ANSWERS AND I GET A DIAL TONE.  It is really annoying to receive a call like this at a place of business.

F*** the guy who said pay your bills...he probably works for CITI.

They won't really defer anything ever...so don't ask.
My bill was 3 days late because of the mail...I mailed it...not my fault take it up with the USPS. Luckily for me the date it was mailed was post marked on there!!

Don't believe anything they offer help with you financial situation.  My daughter had an accident back in July, which landed her in a trauma center for 1 week with a broken hip and a collapsed lung.  I only worked for 4 hours a day for the next 6 weeks.  I called to talk about some help and they said "no problem...we understand".  They said they would defer 2 payments...wouldn't have to pay anything until Oct.  Guess what...I called them last week to make sure everything still ok...was told "sorry, cant do the deferment...we have to have 2 pmts by tuesday"....Wishing I could re-finance!!!!!!!

To the JERK that remarked "PAY YOUR BILLS", I cant wait until you have a sudden income drop or an emergency of some kind and you cant pay your bills.......

They called yesterday because our car payment is a few days late. Husband explained to them that we had to evacuate for Hurricane Gustav and used the money set aside for our payment to pay for our gas and hotel to leave and that as soon as he can get back to work we'd send in the payment. Our area was hit pretty hard. The place he works at has 2 feet of water in the building along with 6 inches of mud. The toilets were filled with marsh water. I don't know how long he'll be out of work with those conditions. Yet, they still called again this morning and were rude enough to not bother saying anything...just hung up after I said "hello" twice. We stressed enough from the Hurricane.... Nobody else we talked to had problems with us being a little behind because of this disaster. As soon as we can, we are refinancing to get out of this company.  It's ridiculous how they have no compassion. I feel sorry for anybody that got hit harder than we did and have loans with them.

They have called me even after I paid the bill and now call my neighbors looking for me.  I have never given them my neighbor's number. I just moved in this year. I don't even know my neighbor's last name.

I can't wait to refinance.  Don't use Citifinancial.

This is the 2nd day they have called me. I didn't answer since I was at work & didn't recognize the number. I have no accounts with Citifinancial and my car is with Regions which deducts my payment on the due date each month. Hmmm? Must be a wrong number.

I was 28 days behind, I called to pay both payments following week.The rep offered a two month deferment. I said ok then I will use money to catch up on other bills. Not so fast.They called a week later and said I can't have that until I make a payment.I already shifted that money to another bill, now I am behind. So,I scheduled the payment and they have called me everyday since. they are nuts, I am going to switch loan carrier. good-luck

This company has called me 3 times today and hasnt left me any messages. The funny part is the car that is attached to the loan is completely totalled and my insurance company sent them a check for over 6k this month. They are trying to tell me that there is a late payment for this month on the loan after they just got paid over 6k!?!!? what kind of retarded joke is this? Citifinancial, if you ever see this comment I just want to let you guys know that I dont give a crap what you do! you wanna come repo my car???? HAHAHAH its all yours if you can go find it in my local salvage yard! Citifinancial is the worst lender I have EVER delt with and will never EVER to business with them again no matter what the circumstances.

they call day and night 7 days a week even after 9pm how do you get them to stop, they don't leave a message just hang up.

i have gotten 2 calls a day for the past 2 weeks. i have never answered, but why would citi financial be calling me? i just turned 18 and im still in high school with no job, no car, and i have never even applied for a loan.

They could be calling you if someone put you down as a reference or gave them an wrong phone number. They have been calling me 4 times a day... I am behind with them but one time when I answered they were asking for somebody other then myself and asked if I could get a message to them. I think soemoen else gave them my number in addition to them callign me. Even when I am not behind, they call me at all hours of the day. I had to read them the FDCA once on the phone at 4 in the morning.

They call me repeatedly on my cell phone, day and night (including Sundays), but refuse to leave a message. I cannot answer my cell phone at work, so I assigned them a "silent" ring tone.

yea they keep calling me about a car payment as well . .

The number of calls they make is ridiculous.  I've gotten at least ten calls at work and home when my payment was only 2 days late.  Now they are calling from this number and an 803 number even though I gave them a payment date.  Just plain silly nonsense.

We are 10 days late (we had an unexpected expense and had to push the payment back). They call from four different numbers. We have gotten 23 calls from them as of 10:30 this morning. Some days there are five calls, some days only two.  Don't most companies have a two week grace period? Apparently not this one. Worst part: no point answering and talking to them about it, they just note when you say you'll pay and advise you that they can't stop the calls. I will never do business with this company again.

I made a payment today and they still blow up my phone.  They also harass my family when I don't answer their calls.  I will never do business with Citi Financial again!
