Probably calling to let you know that they will be coming through the neighborhood collecting stuff for their thrift store.

Called and left a message at (816) 836-0368 and a lady called back (Rami?) within the hour from (816) 960-4620.  Asked to have my number removed from their robo dialer, and a couple minutes later Sarah called back from (916) 874-8811 to let me know the number had been removed.  Would be nice if they would just have an option on the dialer to do this.  The contact info page at www.davthriftstores.com does not work, so glad the above post had the number to call.

HERE'S how to have your phone number removed from the DAV calling list: Call (816) 836-0368 (the donation center) and request your number be placed on the internal 'Do Not Call' list. If you receive the voicemail, leave your number and request on the message. I just left a message AND called back and spoke to a 'Sarah,' who assured me she was removing me immediately. We'll see.

It only took six phone calls to various numbers to find the right one. The DAV are just obnoxious spam callers.

I just had Daves Thrift store call me too from the same number ending in 8388 and called back and no answer looked up number online and found all these complaints. I think its weird

It's upsetting when you have a phone for emergency's and your line is tied up from a recording calling you more than twice in a day. A recording from a company that doesn't give you the option to decline being on their so called, "call list." We have been getting calls daily from this company. If anyone has a number for them that they will answer or can inform us as well as the rest of the feed up people on their "call list," on how to be taken off, we ask you to please make a posting. We got the same call, didn't answer and they let no message. Then they called back cid had same name, but the # was different by one digit. So I answered, it was a recorded message about donating to disabled veterans.

did you happen to have an unlisensed vihicle anywhere around your property?  me thinks the  jackson county codes enforcement people and this outfit are somehow affiliated.  hummmmm?

Caller ID, DAV THRIFT-BL, has called me twelve times today.  No one answers when I pick up and no one leaves a voicemail.  The number is 816-874-8838 with some variations in the numbers.
