I called this # back, it says portfolio recovery systems. Its a 3rd party debt collector. I have no credit cards or loans but they keep calling.

Backtrace of this # said it belonged to Gerald Reid.  File a COMPLAINT with the provider (I did) & if they don't put a STOP to his activity, file a COMPLAINT with TX Atty Gen.   Here is a link to the "complaint" page with the phone service provider.

Backtrace of this # shows as being registered to Gerald Reid of North Richland Hills, TX.   REPORT him to your cell company AND TX Atty General's Office in Austin, TX.

Tough tiddy, i don't answer any calls without caller ID. I only use it for family members or work.

I am a T-Mobile customer and this number is NOT T-Mobile....I repeat, NOT T-Mobile........

They are phishing for info...I called T-Mobile and verified that the number is NOT T-Mobile and I opened a fraud investigation within T-Mobile regarding the phone number 817-918-4776.

Do NOT give anyone calling from this number any information. Also I believe they got my phone number from Face Book ( which has been removed ). I have also been texted from strange numbers saying they saw my pictures on Face Book and could I add them on Skype so we could chat..It appears they are gathering info from Face Book and then using that info to phish more information from unsuspecting users....

@ Clint_1w and Dawn : Dont be so naive, just because the Voicemail says it's T-Mobile doesnt mean it is, you have to investigate and be sure. You are the kind of people they are counting on

Originally when I received calls from this number it left an automated VM for an individual who I do not know. Said it was T-Mobile and wanted to speak to this person about their account. I have never had T-Mobile. I tried calling the number back but found there was no way to reach a real person. I blocked the number.

Two months later I am still finding this number in my call list (it is being blocked as it comes in), so today I finally got fed up.Went to the T-Mobile website and started calling their numbers until I finally got a real person. She looked up my cell phone # to make sure there was not an old outstanding account that might have belonged to someone else. There was nothing. Then she tried calling the 817-918-4776 number. She said it was not a T-Mobile number but a cell phone line that did not belong to T-Mobile (the company). She did not get the T-Mobile automated answering message when she called it as I had.

After I hung up with her I tried the number again and again received the T-Mobile automated message. Evidently this is a fraudulent number spoofing T-Mobile. It is trying to collect your information. DO NOT SUPPLY YOUR CELL # OR ANY OTHER INFO. It is probably dialing random numbers trying to get someone on the hook.

It's definitely T-mobile.  I called the number back and got VM that said "T-mobile".

I too am an AT&T customer who received this call.  I didn't answer and the message stated, "This is T-Mobile calling to speak with Cassie ****** about your account."  

First, I've never even been with T-Mobile.  Secondly, even if I were, Cassie is my nick-name (and they pronounced it Casey)..I never would have used it for something official.

Very weird.
