04/16/2013 12:23 PM. Caller ID said "Unknown name". A woman asked for me by name. She said that she represented "a group of oil and gas producers", that she was not selling anything, and that she had just two quick questions for me. The first was if I still lived in Malibu, to which I answered yes. The second was whether I had assets of over a million dollars (what?!). I responded by asking her for the name of her company. Then she hung up. I called the number back that appeared on Caller ID, it was a disconnected line.
