BOA calling me because I refuse to pay my mortgage until the end of the grace period. Calls stop as soon as I make my payment. They said they can call up to 8 times a day. I just forward the number and my phone doesn't ring.

Curious because my number they called is a new MagicJack number which I have not yet put into operational service. Suggests that Magic Jack is recycling numbers that are still in phone-spammers computer lists. So I am getting annoyance calls from creditors chasing other people.

Keep getting phone calls from this number, not behind on mortgage, they keep asking for my late husband, who by court order was removed from the account.

just got a call from this number. said BOA. we are behind, and they have permission to talk to me, as my husband has told them over and over. just tried to call back this number, and they said they were closed. i am on the east coast. so if they are closed, why did i get a call from them?
very strange indeed.

I got a call from them but I don't even own a home and never owned. I missed the call and they did not leave a message.

This is bank of america home loan collection dept. I'm behind a payment so they keep calling regularly.
