They called again yesterday, this time it was self-decribed "Dennis the Menace."

I received a call from this number from a Vera.  I did not understand the message.  I think she stated that I have an outstanding balance with the Federal Government.  If I do not stop getting these calls I will be having the state check into this problem.

"Jack" who barely speaks coherent ingles from "National Debt Center" using 866-388-3120 and +866-388-3120, calling for Debt One Financial, Equity One Financial, Calabasas CA. They don't have a written DNC policy and can't seem to put me on their internal DNC list.
