Just to make things clear, I am a thief and a crook, and only care for your money.  I am a fraud and will try to scare you into settling out of court because that's my job.  I will threaten you with violations of "Copyright Infringements," and then tell you that it could cost you $750 to $8,000 per infringement, or sometimes even higher, and that most of the people I bring cases on have about 3-5 infringements against them, because that is around the cost it would take to just hire and talk to a copyright infringement lawyer, so that is the basis of the cost I have set.

I know I do not have a case on you, but I will try and scare you into thinking I do.  I will tell you things like "You must have your attorney call me," or "It is going to cost you more money to go to court then it would to just pay and settle out of court," and "We have a firm in Germany that monitors your IP," and I will talk your ear off about how it will cost everyone a whole lot of money and that the easy way out is to just pay the out of court settlement fee and it will all go away.  I will tell you that it would be in the best interest to settle out of court, because I know that if and when it gets to court, I will more than likely lose.  Who would a jury or judge side with?  A victim of identify theft, or some pornographer?

I am a scam artist that supports the filming of innocent or troubled young girls who is desperate for money.  I support having older men taking these young women and have them put their p***ses put into their mouths, anus, and va**na's, and then have men ej*****te all over their face and make them swallow it for the entertainment of other perverts out there to watch.  The clients I am fighting for have worked hard to find these young women and setting up a film crew and location for these acts, and they are at risk of losing money in selling these films, so they decided to sue you because you are the publicly named person that pays for the services at your home, and even though you may not have committed any crimes, someone in your house may have.  I am told that it is your fault for not having enough security set up on your home network, or that someone with great computer skills used your IP address to commit these outrageous acts of terror against my clients.  They are losing BILLIONS of dollars every year because of people like you.

Please don't believe what I say over the phone.  Stand up to me because I will back down if the case is taken to trial.

I received a call from Lauren Michaels a couple days ago about the same thing. My question is, how did she get my private cell number? Is that not the same thing as pirating of private things (phone numbers, addresses, even info on a computer) information I or WE as private citizens concider private if not given outright to the public? Can we sue them for invasion of privacy? Sorry about my spelling!

Aren't copyright owners allowed to post their "copyrighted" materials on P2P and become complicit in helping people to infringe their material?  Aren't they allowed to entrap people?  Sounds like the difference between "can" and "may"... Aren't they allowed to sue the phone company for allowing the internet pipeline to be used to enable this so called infringement? Aren't they allowed to file hundreds and thousands of cases to shame people into paying them thousands of dollars?  Aren't they allowed to make more money from these 'legal' extortion techniques than their content could ever make in the 'real' world?

Claims that I am named in a copyright infringement case for downloading porn through bit torrent sites. I have no idea where this is coming from or what they are talking about. There are several complaints against this number all stating pretty much the same thing. These cases are bogus and have been thrown out of every court all around the country. (See fightcopyrighttrolls.com or dietrolldie.com) Do not answer, call back, or in any way entertain these people as they have no legal ground to stand on unless you incriminate yourself. Block the number if you can!

Name is Lauren Michaels claiming I need to obtain consel in regard to copyright infringement. This is total BS.  A scam to get people to settle for something they are not even guilty of.  Do Not call these people back.

Do NOT call this number back or answer it or talk to anyone from this number. They are trying to extort money from you and trying to gather any information from you. It is a scam and they are trying to intimidate you

This is the plague of our legal system. 200,000+ are targeted for extortion of this type in US. These guys are indeed monitor p2p networks, but their methods are so bad... ~30% error. Don't talk to them - they will try to provoke self-incriminating statements and you may end up named in a lawsuit. But if you say nothing, they have nothing against you except an IP address collected using error prone methods. No court will accept such a proof.
