Hey guys check this out just keep calliing them tell them ur a sheriff or lawyer and they will keep hanging up on you keep calling them and they will leave you alone ive been calling them all day finally they said ok we will leave you alone and stop calling your job if you just stop calling us.

I received a call this morning from someone who speak no english, trying to tell me I am going to jail and there is court order for some money which I have no clue what they are talking about.  When I tried to call back .. they cursed me out .. used foul languages ..when I tried cll them back from a different number .. no one ans the call..

Yes they said the same to me I'm so scare. They called me today and they said the police is caming on Friday to arrest me. I'm scare and I dont know what to do. Please help me and give any advice.

same crap, got a whistle and blew the dot off their fead, no offense, but they call me vulgar names

This SAME number keeps calling me. They called me yesterday.. AT MY FREAKING JOB!... and stated that I am having 3 charges pressed against me and they need my attorney's name and number. I just recieved another phone call a minute ago.. these people better stop calling me or I'm going to make a phone call... to my sheriff's department.

Yes i reciceved a call this morning from this number and i was told i recicved a loan from cash advance and they we're suing me and i would be arrested tomorrow at my job... they told me where i worked and that they had my ssn but i never confirmed n e thing... I was told to call the supervisor Micheal Carter but Mr. Carter had a thick indian accent and i knew it was a scam, i called back to get more info seeing that i was going to be arrested the next day and a lady proceeded to curse me out i thought it was funny lol... horrible scam

If you got a call from this number he had a heavy indian accent.There just a scam they said I took out $540.46 from there fake cash advance (which I never did) they said I owe them for a month and that they have a warrant on me and that I was going to jail for 3months and all this can be avoid if I paid them they ask me how I was going to pay them and for me to agree to there terms and I said no am not going to agree with anything because I dont owe any money to to and the guy flip out and said we can settle this in court if anyone gets a call from them again just give them a hard time to piss them off

They called my phone looking for my husband. When he called they said they were taking him to court and asked him for his social security number and he said he wasn't giving it to him. He gave him a number to call which was the same number and said to talk to a lady named Michelle Brown. We called back and no answer funny how fake just be careful......

So i got the call this morning. Report it to the ftc and also put a fraud alert on your credit report. They tried to tell me o had three counts against me and they also had all my information... Wanting my lawyers info and also wanting to settle this without going to court. It is a scam and do not give your info out. Also it was a lady that kept changing her name that has a thick accent. She got mad at me stating i was yelling at her when i wasn't. Hope his helps others.

I also received a voicemail this morning from the same number indicating that the second that I receive this voicemail, that I need to call them because it was "time sensitive."  Called back and first indicated that I was being sued for almost $4000 due to a payday loan that I had received (never did such a thing), and then also mentioned that I have another lawsuit against me for about $600 dollars for another payday loan that I never did.  Called him out on everything, saying he'll need to prove it and that I will see him in court if he wanted it to go that far.  Scary part is that he knew my full name and SSN.  Beware of your credit score, but at the same time, it's all a scam.

These same ppl called me as well.  Do the whole world a favor and inform your attorney general so that they will be caught.  It is 100% a scam!!!

It is fake, I have had these people call me before, same indian accent, the just tried calling me with that crap, just ignore them and they will give up eventually

so is this fake because i recieved a phone call this morning saying that i was going to jail and do 2 years of jail time and that i will be picked up  from my job in a couple of days so is these people really fake, they also said that i would have charges against me and they also have a lawyer as well and thati will be going to court behind this matter and everytime i try to say something she will start to talk and she also called me out my name....
i have never recieved any money from these people they called me only opnce and what made me upset is when they told me i would be picked up by the police.

I got a voice mail from this number from someone with a heavy Indian accent. Couldn't understand most of it. But sounded like it wanted me to call back to resolve some situation.

these people try to call and tell you that there is a lawsuit against you from cash advance .i myself have never recieved anything from cash advance in forms of deposts of any kind they want you to send them anywhere between 200 to 1000 dollars and its a scam .when you call the number it gives you the run around and says this mail box is full.
