I was so upset I gave the wrong 305 number the correct number is (305) 400-1280 and (305)507-4558 I have been giving them a taste of their own medicine at least each time I call them at all hours I'm interrupting them from doing this to other people trust me they don't like being called constantly & harassed they way they like to do it!!!!

You too huh well I got another 2 numbers that actually receive incoming calls same people and now they are calling my job as well don't know how they got my information which is scary & I have never taken out a loan in my life I am posting the numbers so you can do what you want with them (305) 400-1120 (305) 5074558 besides the 8183373041 & 4152231180 mind you the 305 numbers are a magic jack number prerecorded message came out now all of a sudden there's an Indian woman claiming that they are Walton Legal Services they are using information of an actual law firm which is even worse. I had my attorney call them & they obviously got stupid with him as well I will be giving them a taste of their own medicine. Something needs to be done about these scumbags they better hope that I never find them

This a** hole is calling my job.... I work in a corporate law department... my company does debt settlement .... My general council got on the phone "as my attorney" because these idiots keep calling my job... many different people at my job. Once my boss got on the phone they guy hung up and wouldn't speak to me or him and hung up on me every time yelling that I can't keep my mouth shut. I to applied for a pay day loan but decided to borrow from a friend instead!!!  My boss is pissed and he has decided to find out who this person is and report them to the CFPB and the California Attorney general because people like this give the whole industry a bad rep!!!! Fair debt collections act of California prohibits collectors from harassing people which is exactly what this person is doing. He's going down!!!!

Just received the same thing today.  This time the india sounding man is named Steven Lover with the same thing.  Has he stole my SS# and going to do anything with this,  I too wanted to get an advance loan yet decided against it and now this,,,the # was 818-337-3041

A certain roger smith called my place of work and told me that thre was a lawsuit against me from cash advances. There was no truth to this. He even said that i was going to be picked up on monday and that i had to pay a super large amount which if i cant pay i'll go to jail. He told me to settle it in court. I tried to call him back but he hung up on me. I thought about identity theft and realized that he did nt give me any details about who he was. What can he get from harassing me. Mr roger smith if you read this please stop. Everything you do wil go back to you.

I just recieved a call too on my cell and the Indian lady ask me to call back to get details of the law suit and Anna Jones is the lawyer.  The reverse look up on the number and it is out of Canoga Park, CA.  I'm so happy is Googled it and found this post.  I requested a loan too about a month ago someone should be able to do something about this.  I don't even have a loan with anyone..what the hell.

I received 2 calls 1 on my cell phone and the other at my place of business stating that I or my lawyer needs to call them.

Hi I took put a similar loan & now the law office of Kevin Corvin is harassing me as well. The same lady Annie jones is in charge of my case saying I'm being sued for non payment but a payment was taking out of my account. How did any of u solve this problem. I refuse to change my social security number but I will be getting a lawyer to sue this loan company .

Feb 11, 2012: phone rang at 8:30 AM, answered and heard a heavy Indian accent..i asked why he was calling this early on Sat morn; he said it was 8:30 EST and he had to get the name of my attorney 'cause he worked for a law firm who had legal action against my SS#.He asked if his # was displayed on my phone, I answered NO (but it was), so he again started telling me about a lawsuit. I hung up. He called right back and asked why I hung up on him...i said there was no law suit against me by anyone, and if he called me back i would call the police. he said, fine, be that way and we'll serve you with papers on Mon morning...I told him fine and said that I already had a paper subscription and wasn't interested in his.  Can't something be done to stop this crap...i saw in one of the posted complaints about this number that a person actually took out a loan to pay these criminals what they were asking for.  Report this to the authorities!

I received a call from John Henderson "attorney" stating that there is a lawsuit against me and the only way he could discuss the lawsuit with me is after I verify my SSN, address and birthdate. I asked him how he got my work number, he replied that he could not answer my questions until I verify this information. He would not ever tell me where he was calling from. I contacted the state police who then traced the number. This number 818-337-3041 is untraceable. Great! Now I have to block the number and change my SSN. He contacted me about 1 yr ago as well. Watch out everyone!  This guy has a strong jamician accent. Sounds like a phishing scam.

Received a few calls from the Kevin Corbin Law Office stating they have a lawsuit against me and threatened to have a sheriff serve me papers at my job if i don't pay. They are harassing me at home and at work and they MUST be stopped. Everytime they call it's someone with an Indian accent. It's ridiculous! I did a reverse look up of this number and it showed that the number is listed under a Mary Shen. Interesting

I GOT A CALL FIRST FROM A DARREN ,THEN AT MY JOB FROM SAM ANDERSON ,ALL HEAVY MIDDLE EASTERN ACCENTS,SAYING A FEDERAL CRIME WAS COMMITED,SAYING THEY HAVE A LAWSUIT AGAINST ME

I received a vmessage today at 8:54am from Jack Daniels (very heavy indian accent) who stated I or my Lawyer needed to return the call and that the matter was urgent and I shouldn't disregard but if I did he wished me good luck as the events unfolded. I called back and got through to Annie who claimed she was calling on behalf of the Kevin Corbin law firm and that federal charges were being brought against me for basically not paying back a payday loan with company named Cash Advance. She had my ssn, name of my workplace, and home address. She threatened that the sheriff would serve me papers at my work place and home and that I could get a lawyer when I see them in court FEB 1. She then hung up the phone. What is this?   The devil is a liar.

i had a call to my cell phone 7.43 this morning who calls and message on peolpe cell like that is harrasment and who leaves a message talking they to they the should arrested for calling people i going to police for them a message on cell like for harrasment on others peolpe and do this person get your cell phone number any way stalker

These people are even calling my job.

Caller stated they have a lawsuit againt me & to contact Anna Jones which has an Indian dialect.
They called once before talk I took out a pay-day loan.
They Lie & the truth is not in them!!!
