GUY just called me from 818-337-4616 on cell phone hardly speak english stating I owe money from USA CASH ADVANCE and he is a federal attorney  and he's gong to call my job get me fired and in jail for 5 years he quoted my last 4 digits of S.S. # and the name of  my bank that I bank with I feel fraud and my identity has been stolen by some SICKO............HE kept saying his name JOHN MCCOY  I work for the govt. this needs to be STOP!!!! NOW.

Guy who could hardly speak English left me a threatening message telling me I owed money to his company and that my attorney should contact him. Tried to call the number back and they hung up on me.  I owe a loan and am paying it, but not on the internet.

This man just called me and said i would be arrested in 45 minutes and when i told him i have no such loanns he hung up on me. Not to mention i could not understand the man.

This guy keeps calling my phone saying I owe CashNetUSA $800 and he is a federal attorney and turning in the paperwork to court in 30 minutes if I don't pay $300 today lol!!! He said go to a CVS, Kmart etc... and get a prepaid card!!! He said he was going to call my work and get me fired and upto 5 years in jail!!! These foreigners think there slick!!!

Just received a call from a guy with a threating message on my cell phone.  He first wanted to wish me good luck, but yet on the other hand, he is threating me.

I just got a call same thing and had the decency to call my work. I had no idea what he was talking about. I'm reporting them!

Just got a call from a guy saying his name was attorney Kevin Peterson, and hes with the fci criminal investigation, and that my husband is being sued for fraud. WE never used the Cashnetusa, that they are saying we did. Sicko's for real...They need to grow up and get a real job.

Got a call from this number saying that we owe them money and they are from the fbi and want me to agree to pay them money, I never used the cash advance they are talking about.

this people start calling me and telling me that l make fraud .That l own 500.00 and bec legal fees atorney went to 7000and something. They email that they were going to put me in jail. Start insulting me with bad word .talking if l want sex.  I went to the police and made report. They also call my work but the police  talk to my manager and instruct him to dont give my information about nothing, they  ae going to record  to prove  when they catch him

Someone just called me too, I've never done business with a cash net before. Saying he would settle it for $378, that he was an FBI officer, then he was a CIA officer and then he said he was some Financial Affairs thing. It was NUTS! He called my work, talked to my HR manager and she agrees that it's crazy. But he says he's going to get me fired and everything! What the hell? And apparently he's been doing it all week. I've been reading this posts. This is crazy. I'm reporting this number to the ACTUAL FBI!

Got a call from Kevin Petersonfrom this number who was to be the FCI Criminal Investigation officer. First of all I could not really understand him. What I did get out of him was that I am supposed to owe Cash Net USA $572.24  for an online cash loan but they were sueing me for over $5000. The nut actually gave me the name of a real company. I called the company and they never heard of me. The lady who answered was nice enough to say that they never heard of this company either and they have their own collectors. She said companies like this try to scam people to get them to pay or get their bank information. The joke is on them because I put a call into my attorney's office and gave him the number also.
