I received a message from Paul at 818-338-5053 telling me not to disregard the message.  Did not identify the company, what he was threatening me about, and had an asian accent, I think.  He told me that if I disregarded the call, he felt sorry for what was "about to unfold on me. I wish you good luck for your kids."  Say what?!!  On another site people stated he was calling about a defaulted payday loan, and asked one person for $1000 for a $300 loan immediately or he would take them to court.  I have no payday loans, and if I did would never have defaulted on them.  I don't know who this person is or what company they are pretending to be collecting for, but his telephone message is totally inappropriate and I have saved it to convey to the proper authorities.  Troubling part is he obviously has my information and he left the voice message on my work phone.  Unbelievable.

I am wondering who is calling me from this number. It is very aggrevating because I can't understand who is calling me. The person on the end of the phone has my information but will not give me any information on why they are calling and where they are calling from.  He has a strong asian accent and I can barely understand him.  He states "this is a legal matter and it would be in my best interest to call back". I am really tired of the calls and I want the calls to stop.

When I got back to work from my lunch break one of my co-workers advised me that A Sarah Wilson left a urgent message to call about a court date that I had to be at tomorrow or I would be arrested. WHAT!!!! I called the women back and she had such a strong accent I couldn't understand her. She was telling me something about a loan or I really don't know what she was saying. She said she could read what the document said. I refused to try and listen to her anymore I told her that she needed to fax all of the papers over so that I could see it myself. I told her I couldn't understand a word she was saying and fax my information over. She hung up on me. She also told my co-worker that I was being sued wow this is so crazy. I've never been late on any of my payments for anything and I haven't got any loans from anyone but my home town bank... Whats the deal?

While I was at work, I got a message from a coworker telling me that a Brad Williams from Crime Monitoring Service called me and left a message with the phone number to call him back.  I tried to call back, but the line was busy.  I checked my voicemails and there was a message from the same person, but the number on my voicemail was from Sarasota, Fl (941-961-8518).  The guy on the voicemail said his name was Brad Williams (a very thick Asian accent) and that he needed me or my attorney of record to call back and not to disregard the message or all he could do was wish me luck on my legal issues.  What?!? I haven't done anything wrong and am not in any kind of legal trouble, so I have no idea what this is about. I googled the phone number and ended up here. This is definitely a scam.  I'm going to report it and provide the voicemail as well.

Keep receiving these calls, hard to hear. and understand, when asked to repeat this so called information, they hang up. this time is asked for the name and address. Crime Monitor Center,1942 lane, LA 95022Q

Received a call from this number as well as a number of 951-968-0466 stating do not disregard this message; very thick accent; tells me I am in default on a payday loan and says it is for $300 this is not accurate I have statements from my bank proving no deposit was ever made at the time in question; will not share any information with me only wants to speak with my attorney; demands to do.  Informed me two investigators would be coming to my work on 6/19 to see me to discuss this matter.  This is crazy! they have all my personal information.

They have called me several times today at work and on my cell.  Left a msg stating that I would be very sorry if I did not return the call and good luck.  I cannot understand a word the man says when I called back, and he refused to provide me with any information like the name of his company, mailing address, etc.  I have actually reported it to the local police and they are looking into it for me.  They told me that when they called and identified themself as the police, they were hung up on.  These people are sick and need to get a life!

I keep getting the same call but the person who calls me is William Bond, 1-818-338-5053 and he wants my State Attorney to call him.   I did get a payday loan but I also paid it and don't owe anyone.

Threat made from Ann Taylor with an accent saying that we owed 595.00...threatened to have people have me escorted to court....going to send investigators at work...wow...There was also a Mr. Bond, and a Mr. Green....who are those guys!?

they say you have payday loan $300 and then you must make deposit as soon as possible,or you go to court.you already apply a loan in oktober 15 2008 and the money $300 already deposit to your checking account.I never apply loan sound like spam.I say im Attorney if you have time meet me in starbuck coffee and then they hang up the phone.this guy not enough smart with conversation he make.

This same person is calling me to and has all of my information. This is not good!
