These people have called us about collecting past due accounts owed us, and they wont stop calling us.We told them to stop and they refused, their phone number is 866-697-7141 I also thretened to turn them into the DA for harassment. It worked.

Woman RUDE asked for owner or controller regarding an investigation.  When I asked what she was investigating she SCREAMED at me "I ALREADY TOLD YOU" and hung up.  I tried the number back and it was "not in service".

This so and so person called and stated that I agreed to pay his client $53,000.00 and when was he going to receive the money.  Had no idea what he was talking about and he insisted that I was lying.  He still continues to call and harass me.  Outside of changing my number what can we do?

Same thing happened as above..Very rude intimidating man called and asked to speak to the Owner or controller of the company.  He said it was reguarding a finacial investigation. Intimidated I did give my husbands cell phone to the man. I specifically asked him 2 times if he was a telemarketer which he assured me that he was not. When I told my husband about the encounter he told me that it didn't make any sense because when he tried to call the number back it had been disconnected.  He then told me to look the number up and that is how I found this blog.  Isn't there something we can do to report this guy??  I am so thankful that the only thing I gave him was a phone number...

Same thing. Told me it was a financial investigator and wanted to speak to owner or controller. Well, if you are doing an 'investigation' then you'll have the name of the person you need to speak to. I can't put you through to someone unless I know the reason for the call. Can't tell me who is doing the 'investigating or what it was pertaining to...then he tried to tell me that I was interfering with an investigation. I hung up.

Same thing as you all have said. Wanted to speak to the owner and I said he was not in. Then asked for financial person, said that was me. Said there is some financial investigation and I told him I could tell it was a telemarketer and not to call back. Very rude!

This number called and asked for the the owner. I said they weren't available but thanks for calling. They called back and then asked for someone in receivables, I said that was me. They said they offered collection services. I told them we had an attorney for our past due accounts, (we're construction company). Then the jerk asked for my attorneys name and number. I said I wouldn't be giving that out and do not call again. He called back again, I just picked up the phone and set it down for about a minute and then hung up again. Haven' called back yet, but I am waiting for it.

Same thing here. They keep calling looking for 'Tom'. I told them that there was no 'Tom' here. I was told that they wouldn't call me anymore, but less than 6 hours later, they called again.

Keep getting calls on cell phone from this number.  They don't leave a messaage and I don't answer calls I don't recognize.

I got a call from this number. I did not get the call but when I called back a message that this number wes out of order.

I have been getting a lot of phone call from this number , and he is looking  to speak to the owner.. My guess based from the previous post i read was this company is commercial investigators Inc located in CA... We agreed to used their company to collect our past due account and after reading blogs from ripoff.com we decided to pull our acct and since then i have been getting a call at least 10 times a day from the same number and same person been calling since I can tell from his accent... Vey rude guy indeed

this number appears to be a collection agency. and not a very good one. They have been repeatedly calling my wife (on her cell phone, an unlisted number) and harassing her, thinking she is someone else (an entirely different name in a different STATE).  Even after calmly explaining that she is not the person whom they are trying to reach and verifying this with the company that has employed them as a collector, the calls have continued !
The calls are extremely aggressive, threatening and rude. The caller refuses to identify the company and has been verbally abusive, vulgar and has demanded personal information about her and our children..  many violations of the FDCPA. He has refused her talking to a supervisor, manager or company owner.. refused to identify the company name or address.
This has  been a nightmare for her .. anyone know what to do ?

SAME THING SOME MORON CALLED THE PHONE ASKING FOR THE OWNER OF OUR 2 BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION. DO YOU THINK I KNOW WHERE THE OWNER IS?

The guy said that he wanted to speak to the owner of the business about a fraud investigation.  We are a church.  Probably would have tried to get bank account information if he had the chance.

Received a call from 818-477-0102. A gentlemen's(with no gentlemen's manners) voice asked for the owner of the business. I told him the Owner was not in and he just hanged up on me.
Very rude manners by the way, just don't call back again.

This person called and when he could not speak to the owner he hung up.  He told my office assistant that the call was in regaurds to some investigation.
