I recieved a call from Shane Watson today, he claimed I was approved for a personal loan of 5,000$, which sounded great. So I agree to the payments but then all of a sudden he's telling me i have to send $180 via western union first as an "insurance" on my loan, and after I do that I would be able to receive my loan. To me that was sketchy. The number he gave was 585-678-5285. He has been blowing up my phone.

Shane Watson called my friend since she was a reference of mine on a cash advance and was threatening her and telling her since she was a reference that she should know something about the fraud charges.  She called me thinking it's serious and I know I have never been fraud on anything and she said he said something about taking me to court.

OMG, I got a phone call from a guy with a heavy indian accent about a month and a half ago telling me I owed for a PAYDAY LOAN I took out in 2006.  He said his name is SHANE WATSON.  Just like you, he scared me with his first phone call.  But, I, like a dummy wanted to get this matter taken care of, and started sending money via WESTERN UNION to a person named  ANITA NAGENGAST in INDIO, CA.  He also said I had committed check fraud and would suffer legal consequences.  So, I finally and stupidly obviously after reading your blogs, made my last payment, he supposedly varified the funds and now he's saying I gave him the wrong MTC # and I'm playing games.  He called me at work today and we got into a yelling match on the phone saying I was playing games and messing with the law.  I still haven't received any paperwork from this guy.  I wish I would've researched this lady's name before I sent him any money.  I feel soooooo stupid and frustrated.  I wish there was a way to get everything back that I paid and prosecute Mr. SHANE WATSON.

Just got a call at work from Mr. Shane Watson, 818-495-2412. He could call all he wants and try to scare me. He leaves messages saying fraud and the police will come to work. He ends the call saying, good luck!. I received a call like this two years ago exactly the same. It very well could have been him. I'm really starting to think a swat team may bust into my building and throw tear gas just to extract me so I could face the "fraud" charges. lol

I just recieved the same call from a Shane Watson from 818-495-2412 but it appeared on the caller id as 05-244-8704 he had a heavy indian accent telling the same line of bull that i would be brought up on fraudulent charges so i told him to hold on and i was calling my bank and when i called the bank and got back on the phone, surprise surprise, he was no longer on there.  If I owed something from 2006 i would have been contacted before now.

These same scammers called me again today only when they call me they claim that they are from National Affpadavit Processing Services. The number they called me from was 496-656-7520. They speak with very thick Indian accents. They gave a different call back number this time of 786-522-0539. They know your soc. security #, the name of your bank, and have the names and phone numbers of your two closest relatives or friends that you have used as credit references in the past. They are very rude and threaten you with being arrested if you do not pay them immediately. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! When they called me today, I called them back and said that my name was ALOADA MANURE and that I wanted to speak with Lisa Johnson (the supposed name of the person who called me this a.m.)When she got on the phone I let her know imphatically that I knew it was a scam and that I was calling her to give her a load of s*&$ that was giving to everyone else by trying to scam them for payday loans that don't exist!! Call these scammers back and give them a dose of their own medicine...then call the authorities to report them. They are operating offshore...and right now are nearly impossible to prosecute by the authorities. Keep reporting the phone numbers that they give you to these sites. They are changing their phone numbers...and the names of compnies etc. that they calim to represent.

A SHANE WATSON KEEPS CALLING ME SAYING HE HAS A HOLD ON MY BANK ACCOUNTS AND ON MY SSN, AND IF I DON'T PAY BY THIS AFTERNOON, THEY WILL HAVE ME ARRESTED ON 3 CASES OF FRAUD....I ASKED HIM WHO I SUPPOSEDLY OWED FROM 2006...  WHEN HE TOLD ME, I KNEW I HAD BORROWED FROM THAT COMPANY, BUT I ALSO KNEW IT WAS PAID OFF....AFTER HANGING UP WITH HIM, I CALLED CASHNETUSA....THEY VERIFIED THAT I WAS PAID OFF, AND FAXED ME A LETTER, LETTING ME KNOW ABOUT THE SCAM, AND ADVISED ME NOT TO SEND THEM ANY MONEY OR GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION,   HE IS CONTINUING TO CALL NOW A WEEK LATER HE HAS CALLED ME 8 TIMES TODAY ALONE...HE ALSO GIVES HIS CALL BACK NUMBER AS 772-209-7540, WHEN HE LEAVES YOU A VOICE MAIL....

SHANE WATSON (with the very heavy Indian accent who talks extremely fast) called my office today reporting that a police officer would be coming to my office to arrest an employee who hasn't worked here in several years because of a "fraudulent check" she wrote in 2006 and listed my company as a reference. I literally started laughing on the phone because I told him this has nothing to do with my company and that woman hasn't worked here in years. I asked if my company was involved why he hasn't  notified us in writing and he said the policy would bring the documentation with them. I started laughing and he hung up on me. BEWARE! He said it involved United Federal Nations Bank which doesn't exist according to the google search I did.

I get calls from these people once a week just tell them to go f___ themselves and they will leave you alone for at least a few days

Put a  tracer on the western union forms, if you stii have them and alert some one on the other end maybe they can be caught.

That fool Shane Watson called me today saying that he was from the 'Law Firm'? Anyways the number they left is 518-615-9614. They do change their number frequently.
