Asking for my debit card number, expiration, and pin.  They state that there is a problem with my card. Its a scam.

I received a text asking me to call this number, thank goodness I have heard about these scams.. I did not call it back and I don't even have an account with the bank in question.

This phone # texted me.

I knew better, and googled it right away, finding several websites like this one, which explained what I had already suspected - its a scam.

I got a text message from # 9099 saying that there was a customer issue and co op services credit union service frozen please call 818-518-1689...quite obviously a scam since I do not have a credit union account anywhere.

I just got the same thing. It must be bogus

They also call from 786 206-5901 with the same message about 9099/customer issue,co op services credit union service frozen. please call.....with poor grammar to boot..its BS
