Just got the same message - Alicia Mike (Deaf don't know how this is relevant) wanted my name, address and email to return. I told them to drop it at an SFPD station and no reply....So annoying!!

same deal, lost my phone, "ashley" claimed to be deaf asked for information that would be found on my id, which seemed odd because my id was not lost with it, and due to my screen being locked she would have no way of verifying the information given. guessing she got her phone/wallet routine mixed up there. claimed rosaura was an agent for a third party shipping service that worked with dhl and to moneygram the funds to that person in texas so they could ship it out to me. this person is seriously scum. seems to be her full time job...don't send money. it's a scam.

I went to the FBI internet crime reporting site and filed a report.
I really want this person stopped.

Lost my wallet and received a text from "Ashley" who said she is deaf. The first thing I thought was "That's just a ploy so that I don't call her." Then I get an email asking for $65 to mail it out from Texas.

The new name is Jessica, but same scam, I told them to ship it to the police department lol then they asked " do you have pay for your wallet package?" I said sur do you want my credit card info, social security number and mothers maiden name lol stop texting me and do your scams in your own country

DHL rep even called from:  234-812-915-7563  they guy had very poor english more like broken african type sound and they called three times trying to talk me into sending the money..... All stemming from Clara txting me from the 818-533-8768  hope no-one has actually sent this person money. Main reason i thought they were lagit is they must have looked up my name from the ad on cl because they already had my address. Now convinced they have no clue about the real wallets resting place... bites.  but the real theifes may still be caught as they were caught on tape at a store usng my CC so maybe a happy ending down the road.  bye

Lost my wallet back on may 4th,  same deal on the 7th got a txt from clara deaf as well and she followed up wanting me to send money to Western Union to get my wallet  back. but using a false DHL information in NG, wow so kicked my butt. cant believe people like this....

I lost my wallet and got the exact same message from a deaf girl named Clare wanting all my personal info so she could send me my wallet.. What a bi***.

I just got a text from this,"Clara" stating she found my wallet, says she is deaf.  I put an ad on Craigslist L/F, so I'm figuring that's how they got my info.  Get a life!!   Jerks!

got text from this number in response to a "Lost" ad I posted. Said her name was Clara and she had my things, but I needed to describe my passport, give my email, and address and she would return the items.
