Got a call this morning at 2:00 AM.  Did not say anything.  Tried to call them back -- assuming that at 2:00 AM there is a problem with someone -- they wouldn't even answer.  Tried it at 8:00 AM and got a computerized voice mail.

Another 2am call, this one to my work number.  I got the voice mail with this CallerID number, but it was nothing but a click.  Glad it wasn't to my home phone like others are reporting!

Forget the stupid calls...   They have moved on to emails.  Just an other scam in the making.....  Like I have a IBM server in my house!!!!!!

Here is the email ----

We are in the process of evaluating and considering implementing iSeries servers here (previously know as AS/400 and now being rebranded as IBM Power Systems), and I though I would check with you first.  How has your experience been, and are you guys even still running iSeries servers at all?
If this is not your department, could you tell me who I might talk to there that could tell me a little more about how iSeries servers have worked for you and how to get in touch with them?
Thanks a million,
James A.

I'm also a Brian and I got the same email as the Brian above.
In the email's from line it says it's from "jim@edu-group.info", but in the message about supposedly evaluating iSeries servers, the email address he uses is "jim@i-servers.info".

The message:
