I got scammed out of 150.00. i was told to western union the money which was a security deposit for me to get 1500.00. they said once i sent it they would give me a call back. they never called so when i called them they wouldnt answer the phone, i called again they said my loan was pending, 1 week went by no money. do not fall for them they are scammers. I told them i was reporting them to the FBI for scamming and they kept arguing that they are not smammers and i would have my money soon. the phone number is out of california but i western union the 150.00 to the Dominican Republic. This number has been calling me for a week telling me I can get any amount up to 8,000 and pay over a long period of time for a payday loan All you have to pay is 10% down through western union ...REALLY! Sounded to good to be true so I kept holding them off to do research...hmmm I'm a 4th year criminal law student so lets just say I did my home work.. Every time they called or I called them back I spoke with the same man Nathan but when I tried to Call the company Payday Cash back never get an answer and the mail box was full..So today something said try and Call so I did  and he answered so I acted dumb said this number keeps showing on my caller ID whom am I speaking with he said Nathan...bingo so I told him my name was Detective Brown from Castoff Police Department and to my belief there was a long silence and he said good bye.... Hung up so fast I felt a spark.. So I called right back and guess what the message was it no longer said thanks for calling Payday Cash it said the magic jack customer can't take any calls at this time.....hmm guess I won't be Getting a loan from them......IGNORE ALL CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER THIS IS A BIG SCAM.....SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM DON'T SEND THEM ANY MONEY.. Think about it if you need a loan How can you pay for the fees if that was the case you wouldn't Be looking for a loan

This fake company called me and tried to tell me that it was a real company and the name was Pay Day Cash so i talk to the man give him my 411 becuz i so in need of some money so he tells me to put down a security deposit and i did it and wait on the phone so thats what i did and he said that they were gonna contact me back with a number to pick it up becuz you have to go to western union so i say ok soooo they never called back and im no closer to getting my money Pllezz dont fall for this its a scam

It's a loan scam. The company calls itself "PayDay Cash" & R supposedly calling from California. They get UR info online after U apply 4 any payday loan or cash advance. They know that any1 applying online 4 a loan must B desperate 4 cash, so they call U with an offer that sounds 2 good 2 B true (It is.) They offer U a loan of any amount with 4ever 2 pay it back, & all U have 2 do is wire them a security deposit in the amount of 10% of UR loan...WOW!!!! So, 4 example, if U need $700 loan, then U send them $70. They offer 2 talk U thru the whole procedure 1nce U go 2 the Western Union office, cuz that's the main thing they want 2 do--Get U 2 the Western Union/Walmart, cuz then they have U at their mercy. 1st U send them UR "security deposit", but still U get no money. Then ooops they 4got 2 mention that U also need 2 wire them "processing fees", which is another $200-$300 on top of UR security deposit--And still no money 4 U. Next, they require that U wire "state taxes"...And this goes on & on, with U still not getting anything. The big giveaway is that all of the money transfers U r doing R going 2 India, not California. I can't believe I almost fell 4 this 1.
