Claimed to be a lawyer and that I had a lawsuit against me. I have received this type of call before I know it is a scam. There is no lawsuit. I told him that before I would give him any information about myself he would have to have me legally served. I then asked for his physical address so that I could send him a certified letter requesting any information regarding this "lawsuit". His response to that was that I was too old and that if I were 20 years younger he would give me his address. Lawyer huh? I informed him that I am employed by police officers and that I am already aware of his scam. He admitted to it being a scam and that it was the only work he could find as he is a former criminal. He went on to ask personal information such as the ages of my coworkers since he called my office prior to calling my cell phone. Don't fret people ... call them out on this scam!

received call at my workplace stating he was micheal brown a attorney and asked do i have legal representation. i asked for what he could not tell me...states that i have a legal matter against..

I just received a call from this person too on my work number. Got a really bad connection on the phone line...he claimed he would call me back to discuss the matter...never explained why he was calling when I asked initially, not sure what this is about. Calling my place of employment is harassment.

This guys is harassing me as well calling my job and everything saying that he is a lawyer for this cash advance company and he wants to put up money for me until i'm able to make payments so that i dont go to jail....but he's there lawyer ...It does not make sense. I just want them to stop calling my job!
