just got a call from this number, didnt pick up. they left a voicemail some dudes voice saying a name and then getting up early or the morning. i don't know but they are retarded.

Got a call from this number today.
On the voicemail at first I heard music kinda like being on hold. Then a guy said "come on Shawn let's do dis. Hello?"
Really weird. I am glad I didn't answer.

I recieve phone calls from this number several times daily. When say hello, no one answers or when they do you are unable to understand anything they said...usually one or two words. My caller ID always shows California number. I really want to block this number altogether; but, my phone provider only blocks calls from your local area. Any ideas?
