305-290-5108 just called me three times and tried the same scam.  Then when I told him that I was a paralegal, he got very upset and told me to stop harassing him.  SCAMMER.  1-888-382-1222 is the government's "OPT-OUT" line.  It's a "DO NOT CALL" list and will stop you from receiving a majority of these calls.  I just registered.  Good luck, everyone.

Beware of Bradley & Smith scammers calling to say that you owe a payday loan, and that the higher athorities will come and arrest you, and my god be with you to get yourself out of jail, owe payday loan, and they are sueing you for $8000.00 or more for legal fees of non payment, and internet fraud, they are using another phone number (818) 306-9823 and uses the name of Steve o'Connor , he is rude mean, and makes you honestly believe that the police will come arrest you.

This number calls say they are with Bradley & Smith law firm. My husband had me call them back to ask what it was concerning they said it was someone sueing him over a payday loan advance he didn't repay mind you he has never taken out a payday loan when i informed this man who's so called name is Charles Brown he just kept saying this had to be taken care as i'm speaking with this man my daughter googled just the phone number he called from SCAM so while i was speaking to him asking him information he suddenly was very rude he did not want me questioning him but wanted information from me NOT......PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM...... I just kept calling him like he did me and he was yelling and cussing saying to stop calling i said i thought you wanted to speak to me and wanted information BUT the information i gave him he didn't want to hear that he was a SCAM....

He got so pissed off when I asked to speak with someone who spoke English. He called me crazy and asked if I was born that way.. I just kept repeating take me off your scam list over and over which pissed him off to the point where he finally hung up.

This person called my number and is threatening me stating that myself or me attorney needs to contact him or else.

These people have been calling my cellular phone harrasing me about a law suit that they had against me. i dont know anything about a law suit.  I was wanting to report an identity scam or fraud.
