I received a call regarding a law suit filed against me for monies owed to a payday loan company - I think they said EZLoan, but the person(s) I spoke too had a strong "Indian" accent that it was very hard to determine who their customer was and why.  They provided not details other than the complaint, however I asked them what money amount are they referring too and they responded for me to talk about it in court and hung up.  I told them early in the conversation I have no ideal what they are talking about and/or I have never done business with "EZloan".  I think there is some fraud going on here and need to get to the bottom of this issue.  Can you help?

I got thw same message on my phone, said that if i dont reply back he wishes me good luck and too bad. Has a very strong Indian accent too, could barely understand what he said.

Hello all,  Do not let these people scare you.  I have received the same calls and it's crap!!!  A few months ago they tryed the same thing from a different number using the name Anderson Law.  Now they are Integrated Finacial Services or some s**t like that.  They might have your personal info but thats because they are hackers and scam artists.  They cannot provide any real documentation and they follow no guidelines set forth by the "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act".  Tell them to go F*&% themselves and become men and earn their own money.
SERIOUSLY.....DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY.  DO NOT FOLD BECAUSE THEY HAVE YUR INFO AND ARE THREATENING YOU!  If we were actually being sued, we would know about it well in advance.......Like I said, they are crap!

I received a phone call at work today from someone with a strong accent and speaking so fast I couldn't even get his name or his company right.  He kept asking for my attorney information.  When I refused to give it and told him not to call back he said "then come to court house and deal with this matter." and hung up.  I have a two phone numbers (thanks to a failed attempt at using magic jack)  I checked my voicemails on the magic jack number and there was a message from a similar sounding man calling himself Barry Black.  He did not give any details other than the matter was time sensitive and that I needed to return this call or he could not help me.  He said if I didn't return his call all he good do was "wish me good luck as this situation unfolds on me."  I'm pretty sure this person and the one who called me at work are the same people.  I actually did try to call that number back and got a this number has been disconnected message.  Anyone else receiving calls asking for their attorney information?

Hey I just got a call today from this Indian guy, all the way from California, saying I was getting suied. This NOT the first time this has happend to me. THe first time I was being uied for 3 grand or something and I had to go all the way to New york. I got no papers in the mail at all. This guy needs to be stopped it is getting rediculous.

I just received a voicemailon my cell phone from a man saying his name was Sam Wilson. He had a strong Indian accent. He said I needed to call him regarding an important business matter. I have no intention of calling him back. I have no outstanding debt, so I know this must be some type of fraud/scam.

Called my cell and threatened a lawsuit because I supposedly had received $300 that hadn't been paid back. When he asked me if I could get a lawyer, I told him I already had one and he hung up on me as well. When I came back to work, I had a message from "Jimmy" to call him back and I looked the number up online and found all this helpful info. Thanks for the help everybody.

I recieve calls from these people and I have before but somehow they got my work number which I have not put down for anything and I dont use it cause it is a company cell phone. I tried to call them back and tell them that they need to leave me alone and this is a company phone they are calling me on and they want to argue and tell me the cops are going to arrest me on friday morning. This is so bull I have never barrowed any money from anyone and it is a scam.

I just received a call from the same number.  His name was Mike Robinson. I asked him which law firm he represented and he said Taylor and Raines.  Apparently I owe money as well and I am being faced with 3 criminal charges. I told him to quit calling me or my attorney would contact him and he said to contact the local sheriffs office and hung up on me.  I really need this to stop.

I am getting the same messages for over a year!!!! How di i stop this!!!

This payday loan place started calling at 7:00am and has called at least 30 times.Have told them no Donnie lives and we are on the do not call list and they have cussed at me and called me liar.I have not done business and never will.
