Had the same problem 7.02 am My daughter answer the phone some lady calls and tells my daughter that if she didnt speak to me now I was goin to jail. When I got on the phone the lady said she wanted to verify some info then transfer me to a Roy King or of that nature since he was a foreigner said I also had 3 counts of fraudelent action and I didnt comply a warrant would be served and I would go to jail scary but if u sre ever in trouble trust a customer service rep want be callin either u will b served or if u truly had a warrant the police would b at ur door

first I received a call on my cell ph. & then on my work ph., so I am assuming the call has to be legit. It was a lady claiming to be Jessica Brown.  She advised me that it was an important legal matter that we needed to discuss and to call her back at (818) 698-1919.  When I called back I got ahold of a rude man claiming to be Larry.  I told him that I did not feel comfortable discussing anything until he told me the name of the company and the Attorny's name that he claimed to be representing.  He said, "it was called Customer Service & Business Regulation and the attorney's name is Roy Kinde". He said that I had made (3) illegal purchases in the state of California and to prevent an arrest warrant being issued for me, all I would need to do is verify some information and make a payment.  I stopped him and advised I have not left my home state in over 16yrs..  However, since a warrant is getting ready to be issued I will contact my local police department.  He immediately hung up on me.  When I called back, he said that I would need to speak directly to an attorney and to try the # I was given back in 30 mins.  I can alomost guarantee it won't be working.

I also received a call from this number stating I criminal warrnats on my name and ss number. I told them I would be contacting my lawyer and they hung up on me. This needs to me stopped I am not going to send anyone any money!!!

I received the same call.  It is a scam. They are operating out of India and scaring people into giving them money.  It is not real!!!!!  If I didn't pay the amount due of 490.55 in 2 hours they would send an arrest warrant for me and at that time it would be over 5,000 dollars I owed.

i recieved a call from a man that said his name was mike hill. they called me at my job and told me that they were on there way with a warrant for my arrest. when i ask where they were calling from they said california.and that they would be there in 24 to 48 hours.to get me .and that i would go to jail.and would lose my job.they said that if i would send them a pre-paid credit card with 436.00 on it they would not come but if i did not send it it would be 5 thousand dollars.the first time he hung up on me and they had very stange lanague and talk very fast .when i spoked up while he was talking he told me that i was a very ruded person that you never talk while some one else is talking.but when i called them back mike hill could not come to the phone.and would not let me leave a message on his voice mail.i could talk to him dont know what his name was.he was super rude to me and my director at work .
