I have been receiving these phone calls at work and at home. Please someone tell me what to do to stop the calls... He is threatning and plain oiut harassing me!

I got the same phone call just 10 minutes ago and he was very rude I knew this was a scam he said he was sending investigators to my office with the sheriff

They keep calling me, too.
After doing some research, i saw this was fruad.
I have reported it as such to anyone in the State of California who would listen to me: Consumer Protection,Attorney General, etc.
File a complaint.
Shut this jerk down.
He is pulling some kind of scam on people, and i will not stand for this harassment.
I end my last phone call to him with best wishes for enjoying prison rape for the next ten year because i will not rest until this jerk is shut down and sent to jail where he belongs

I received a call today regarding a "time sensitive matter" and that I should "return the call" and the man with a heavy accent wished me the best of luck.... not sure who this is... very confused!

They call me about 5 mins ago, left a message that they have a lawsuit against my social security number, and they I should call back, I called and they said I reached a law firm, the guy gave me my first name and last name, and told me my social security ended on 0000, and that there was a law suite pending and I need to pay, I told him that was not my social and they hang up, I call back an told them to get a f$&@ing job and more but they hang up on my call back and again they hang up on me
This is a scam

I received a call from this number about 5 times and everytime I answer he says that he is from Moran and Associates, that I will have a hold on my ss# if I dont pay back the payday loan borrowed, he had my job information, my email address and the last four digits of my ss#. This worries me because I have never tooken out a payday loan. He had a very heavy Indian accent and when I asked to speak to a supervisor he told me "no". I hung up on him and I am almost sure that this is a scam. Just never heard of this before. Be warned. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION OF MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE!

A man called me left a message and I returned the call and he said he can prevent Morgan and Associates from suing me if I pay him

I got a call from this number saying he was collecting money for a cash advance center.  When I called the center they said they had no contact with this man.  His name was Roger Clark and he said he was with a law firm called Morgan and Assoc.  I have reported him to the police department.  He had my social security number.

Got a call from this number.  Man with heavy accent stating that he was from Morgan and Associates and they are going to sue me for money owed to a cash advance company.  Will not give me any kind of information regarding the debt.  Since I have never had a cash advance, I know this is a scam.  I am reporting to all agencies necessary.  When I looked up this phone number, the owner's name is not listed...makes me even more sure as if it was a legitimate business that business name would show up.  I was given a name of Roger Clark.  I would like to know who actually owns this phone number so I can report them specifically.
