It's a huge SCAM -- don't call them back or give them any info.  Been dealing with them for 3 years now until I finally changed my phone # when I moved and now today they just started calling me at work .

Same thing with me.  I need to change my number and they are now calling work.  What the heck.  I wish they would go away!!!!

They called me today...how do they have all my information?
They keep calling me and threatening me.

I also received a phone call from them, 4 calls in one day.  I have no late bills or collections and I am uncertain how they have obtained info about me.  The funny part, my neighbor is a lawyer for the Attorney General's office in the state I live so I told him about the calls.  Apparently, the AG's office is already aware of these scam artists. He assisted me with filing a compliant with the AG's office and I have added an alert with all 3 credit agencies.  This was all under the advice of a lawyer.  I would suggest anyone getting calls from these people should follow the same steps as I have.  Each state has an Attorney General, which you can google all the contact info.  There is no fee for contacting them.  Please, whatever you do, do not give them any info.  One more thing, save the voice mail messages. I have 7  messages now and the AG's office in my state now has copies.  So glad I saved them!  Another useful piece of info, they do not speak English (sound like they are Middle Eastern) very well and use incorrect word placement.  "Deny them any information about yourself "is my lawyer's best advice!

I just received a call from this number claiming I had three fraudulent charges against me. I have never heard from this caller who sounds foreign.  He said his name was Sandy Thompson and that he was going to subpoena me tomorrow for court. He said I owed 435.00. HUH?? For WHAT??

I had a call from this number and it is the 3rd call (since Nov 2009) that I have received; this  sounds all to familiar. All three phone numbers were different but the voices are the same. If you wait a couple of months and try to call the phone numbers back they will not be working numbers. Best advice, do not confirm anything or provide them with any of your information.  Ask them to mail you the claim. Each time I have requested that they mail me something explaning the debt; I am still waiting.  The second time, I reported it to the Attorney General's office in my state. It is free to do this and they are more then willing to help you.  Be sure to save any messages they leave on your voice mail.  I had 8 messages total and it has been very helpful to the person helping me at the AG office.

I recieved a call from them today, said his name was Mike Robinson (Which is a very traditional AMERICAN name!). They claimed I owed 1,435.42...I said to them on the phone "I'm looking up my bank account information as we speak and I'm not seeing any transfer of that amount to my account" At that moment he became very rude, saying that I was going to be taken to prison by tomorrow or Monday...well cops work on Sunday's too! He was saying that he doesn't care, that I had bad intentions and was running away with the money. These were indians and when I told them that I was going to report this number to the FDA, he thought I was going to sue them! LMAO! If you're a true lawfirm, you know what the hell FDA is!...Point is DO NOT give any information out and Mike gave you the steps you would need to take.

Shocker!  Try calling the number now...goes straight to a voice mail ! Not a legit company at all!  I am so thankful that I didn't give them one piece of private info!  Thank you all for your post!  I read another post that they call back every other month or so, with a different phone number; once again, I will not give them any info and I have filed a complaint with my state AG office. Thanks again!
