I got a call on my business phone from this number this morning, caller ID showed only the number and "Glendale CA". I didn't recognize the number so I let it go to voicemail.
On the voicemail a woman who does not say her name claims she's "reaching out to you today on behalf of Dynamic Recovery Solutions" and then leaves a different number than the one she called from asking to call her back today. She makes it sound urgent and very important that the call be returned today.
The call back number she left is (866) 613-5397
Dynamic Recovery Solutions is a collection agency scam with a long record of malfeasance. Do a little research on this company, you'll find lots of information out there about their heinous practices. I have no outstanding debts in collections, I have an excellent credit rating, there is NO reason for a collection agency to be calling me.
Yet here they are, calling with some mysterious urgency about something that cannot possibly pertain to me in any way. They do not state who the message is for even though they called a business phone number where they have no idea who might answer.
I've had this same phone number for 15 years, it's not a mistaken call to a previous user of my phone number. I OWN my phone number, it's registered to my business VOIP phone equipment. Unless I release that number no one else can EVER use it again, if I tossed the VOIP equipment in the trash tomorrow that number would be locked forever. Thus Dynamic Recovery Solutions didn't make a call in good faith but by mistake.
Additionally, the phone number they called is registered under my business name but it is an unlisted number. I only give it to business associates, clients, vendors, etc. The woman who left the voice mail didn't give any particulars- like a file or case number, a name, etc. to refer to in a call back. So even if I DID call them back, they have no way to know who is calling and what the call back pertains to. They would have to ask me my name and then, rest assured, they would "look me up and find the reason for the call".
For fun I blocked my outbound caller ID and called them back. Sure enough, they said they would have to look up the file and asked for my name. I gave them a fictitious name. They had a "file" on the fictitious name ...
So, they're scammers, there's no other explanation. Thanks to the wonders of modern technology I have unlimited number blocking on my VOIP business phone so I blocked their number forever.

Ignore what you read on the BBB website. The BBB is a useless private organization that charges over $400 a year for a business to get "listed" with them. Their motivation is to keep that money coming in and they cannot be trusted to give you an honest assessment of any given company's business practices. They have an "appeal" process where a company listed with the BBB can "challenge" any complaint and the company always comes out on top because that is where the BBB gets it's funds. No one is going to pay the BBB over $400 a year to get nasty stuff posted about them.
You are far better off to just do an internet search on the name of the company, that way you'll get all the praises, gripes, and complaints available. I recommend "ripoffreport (dot) com", search on a business name and see if people are complaining about that business and it's practices. Sites like this one that allow you to search on a phone number are also incredibly useful and far more informative than the BBB.

Got the same call, but they were not willing to provide any info or written documentation of what the man of the phone was speaking of. Just hung up and will have that number blocked from further contact.

A lady named Sarah Morgan called and asked that I return her call asap about something that is going to happen use of my name and my social sec number. Very vague. No details given and no company name was given. She only said I needed to call back by 6pm. Any info on this? Call back number is 888-937-2776
