Hate to tell you this, but my experience with government "protection" is more negative than positive. Been trying to get a debt collector to stop calling for someone not at my number, but the FTC and local courts do nothing. Where was the SEC during the Madoff scandal and bank frauds? Where I live the Border Patrol and DEA cannot stop drug dealers from crossing. In short, take care of your self, just ignore these calls. It is the best you can hope for.

Why do we have to put up with these scam calls?
We put our names on do not call lists, and yet crooks like this seem to hide somehow. Does anyone know how to track these people down and get them charged with offences?

Those fooled by the "free cruise" scammers, will be left, waiting at the dock, for a ship that never comes, while the scammers sail away with their credit card information!

SCAM- it's an automated message claiming you won a free trip to bahamas and it asking you to press a number to speak to a live rep to claim your prize. It's all BS they trying to steal your identity! Don't give them any information!
