Same as everyone else, I live in Lenoir, NC so I thought it was legit. Absolutely vague description of owing money on an account that I have no knowledge of, rudely demanding that I call back that evening or some serious implications would be suffered. That lady needs the D.

I received a call from a woman who called herself Tonya and stated the company she was with. She was rude from the start of the conversation and said I owed a debt for an ER Bill. She said I owed over $400.00 and that I needed to make an immediate payment of $75.00 or tomorrow she would contact her attorney and take me to court. I repeatedly asked for an address, her full name and the account number I owed on and the physicians name. She refused to give any information and finally near the end of the conversation she gave me an address. P.O. Box 607 Hudson, NC. I asked again for the account number I owed on and she told me she had shut her computer down already and I needed to call back in the morning. She was extremely rude and nasty and unprofessional from the start. I am a veteran of OIF and ashamed to have people of this dispicable caliber living in this country. To "Tonya" at Trinity, Hope and Associates my military service and putting myself in harms way overseas is absolutely not for people like you! Everyone else, thanks so much for your input, I did file a police report but Do Not let yourselves be fooled by this disgusting scam.

Got a call from this number. Left a voicemail stating that I needed to call back. Her name was Joleen and she said it was very important, but she didn't leave any other details. I think the call is from Asheville, NC. has to be some kind of debt collections.

I received a voicemail stating i needed to return this phone call by 5pm. They give me account # and no infomation on it. What it reffered to or anything. The person that left the message didnt even tell who they were with either. They stated it was very important and needed to call or else. This is a lenoir, nc # and i dont even know anything about lenoir or live near there. so go figure.. i aint calling back.....

got a call she didn't say a thing about who shw was representing. Just gave an account number did not say who the account was with. She claimed to be and attorney herself. I don't return calls when I don't get detailed information. I'm going to contact the better business bureau after I post this.

Same thing.  Got a call telling me that they had my SS# and they were trying to collect for a medical procedure I had done.  I am self pay so my usual method is to pay everything up front.  They knew what I had and when, they said they were sending letters to my address but I have received no such letters.  I have put a call into the physicians office to try and clear this up.  They want me to give them my financial info over the phone without any type of varification.  She has threatened to turn it over to her attorney and they are then going to charge me his fees.

Bill collector trying to collect on 5 year old bill from now defunct company. Will give no details, RUDE as can be, says will turn over to lawyer which is what we have been tring to get them to do for over a year. Has been calling for 18 months or so. Can produce no bill and will tell you so. Nastiest lady I have talked to ever. Has refused to provide address so my attorney can handle it.
