Here's an idea to those that sleep during the day- turn off the ringer. And since you do not have to obey a machine - even a stoplight if you have a death wish - answer when it's convenient to you.

This caller tried to tell me that my voting location had changed to a location in a county different from my own. The did say they were for Obama, but I don't believe them. I think they are trying to taint the voting system, and cause confusion.

it's a trick. there are a lot of these spoofing things going on claiming they're with the democrats but actually it's republicans annoying you. same type of groups calling people telling them election day has been changed or that they need to show up with voter id or they can't vote. lot of suckers out there getting duped, just like in 2000 and 2004.

Just seems strange to me that the state that used to have Romney for governor aren't voting for him for president.  Wonder what that should tell us.  hmmmm  We haven't had a decent president since Washington any way so why should it be any different this time.  Vote for romney he will set you free....from your freedoms and rights.  lol

First time they called, they said they were taking an election survey.  Asked 3 "loaded" questions making Romney sound like the Devil, then tried to convince me to vote and/or volunteer for Obama. Told them I already early voted for Romney, and the girl got rude and hung up. They continue to call 4 times every morning with their spoofed phone number.  Asking them to remove you from their calling list seems to be an invitation for more harassment. At least the GOP organizations that call me all the time use real phone numbers and names that appear on my Caller ID.  Once I voted, the GOP phone calls stopped.

The frick'in democrats will stoop to any (even illegal) means to get that worthless loser re-elected.  Just block the call...and vote him out on Tuesday!

Hi Angie - at least that is what I think you said your name was between giggles... Apparently you and your immature friends think the phone is for idle entertainment. I am really concerned that such shallow pranks indicate an underlying mental issue.  Who past the age of twelve thinks this sort of thing is funny?  I too tried calling the number back but it was disconnected.  Angie, if this gives you pleasure, I recommend counseling.

'these people' have no idea whom they are calling, the numbers they call are generated automatically by a machine or 'robocall' or they get your number from a phone book.

So they just called back again as soon as I finished typing this.  I answered and there was someone actually there.  Basically asked if I knew who I was voting for.  I feel bad for kinda trolling them, but everyone should know not to call me while I'm asleep.

This number has called me 3 times a day for the past 3 days.  I work nights so they always call while I'm sleeping.  Good to know its just politics.....stuff, and not some bill collectors.  Not that I owe anything ;)

Got a call from this number today - twice. The second time they attempted to disguise it by using a different country code (11) instead of ours (1).

I wasn't home to answer it and just as well for the unfortunate sucker shilling for whomever.

These people called and asked for my mother by name. It is an election poll that comes across nonpartisan. When my mother (a dem) relayed she was voting for Romney- the lady became very rude and said she would list her as a republican then. My mother tried to get it through that she was a democrat but the lady was done- Hung up on her. This happens everyday. You know, I am still "up in the air" with my vote- but I can say- endless calls for Obama with rude people for my elderly democrat mother... Yeah, I am thinking Romney may get this liberal vote as well. Shame on the Obama campaign for such F.U. Rudeness.

this was a solicitation from a democratic party wanting to argue with me about my voting preferences on my cell phone . I seldom give out this number and they had to have bought it from a list and making random solicitations. Not a pollster, but an arrogant solicitator.

Caler ID says it's the liquor store in Arden, NC.  I did not answer and caller did not leave message.  I don't answer unless I know who it is.  Everybody else can quit calling or leave a message.  I goopgled the ABC store in Arden - this is not their number

Received a call from this number. A lady asked if I would be interested in organizing something for the obama campaign. I said Hell no and as I was laughing at her she hung up.

Thank you, thank you!!! Female on my call, but asked specifically for my spouse, and knew his first name. I'm relieved to know what this is all about.

Just got a call from the same number, but they asked for my spouse...female voice. I have seen the number come up before, but, let it go to v.m., as I did not recognize it. No message left. I answered it today. Very odd! I was not expecting to see any results when I "googled" the number directly instead of using reverse lookup.
