Whether you are called a debtor or some collector thinks you can flush one out, you have rights and options. Many are simple to exercise if you only learn how. You are entitled to proof of claim and fair treatment. If one or the other is not provided, the collection agency should *not* win your assets. You are granted control of how you are contacted, the right to dispute debt claims, and the means to sue violators at low cost. The FTC and the CFPB can start you on your homework. Scam scam this people shoould be arrested  I got the same call they hung upon me three times

I received a call from these people this morning stating that there was a warrant out for my arrest for writing a bad check to some payday loan place that I never heard of I tried to question them and they got hostile and kept hanging up on me. I knew something was fishy because the date they gave for when this took place I didn't have a checking account, so I Google the number and found this site these people are crooks so everyone beware!!!!!! They called from this #1-423-536-6354 also, my caller ID showed the numbers under ZENITH but they claim to be Century

Bunch of Idiots...biggest scammers ever...first of all Im on the west coast and these morons call me at 7:45 am ...totaly violating FDCPA....dont wast your time and talk to them...if there going to serv you legal documents they would of done it already...ha ha ...hit ignore on your phone...dont ever talk to them...its not worth it

Guy by the name Roman Anthony, called leaving a voice mail stating a complaint has been filed against me, when I called back they said I owed them for a payday loan. Company name Edollars! They gave me my "routing and checking account" number that I had supposedly wrote a check for the loan! Doesn't match any of my banking history and the bank they have on file for me is across the country from me! These people are scammers!!!!

These guy called and said I had a payday  loan from 2011 from Acash Express.  I have never heard of them and I don't have a payday loan.  He said they would go futher with this and told him to have a good day.
