I received a call claiming it was from D&B inquiring information from the company

I got the call from this number. The guy claimed that he works for United Healthcare company to do an assessment for my father since dad is a new member.

Get call from this number. It is annoyiing. How to block it? Any suggestion? Thanks.

this number calls us daily and on my caller id it says language line its soo annoying!! they don't even answer
