got a call from this number 2 times in a day..i didnt pick it up..they didnt leave a message either..searched online later..and called them from other phone..they answered as HSBC..he asked my account number..i asked him why ? he said he will find out once I tell him the number. i didnt give any.it was an overseas accent.

This number called me a couple of times, on the 3rd call they left a message saying they were from HSBC and trying to get in touch with me about a complaint I filed through BBB... I found another website with a bunch of comments about this number presenting themselves as HSBC but then they would call people without accounts, and try to get their SS #'s from them...

Rec'd a call from this number and they are a call center handeling disputes with several credit card companies. I have an disputed charge with HSBC and they had all the info that had been sent to HSBC and also the call back # to reach them, which I confirmed, is the customer # listed on my card. They did not ask for any numbers from me, but when I asked to verify my claim # with HSBC they had the correct # which they gave to me.

I received a message from 831-755-6699 but I didn't call back using the phone #s given in the message, rather I called HSBC back directly using the 800 phone # on the back of my credit card. It wasn't a scam, someone was fraudulently using my credit card and HSBC was calling to verify the transactions. I was able to close the account before more damage was done.

I got a call from this number and was unable to call back on the phone that I received the call on...I tried another phone it went thru...a man answer and asked who I was then said he was in Texas and did not call me ...did not know who would have called from that number

They called me to report that someone was trying to charge money on credit card of mine belonging on an Orchard Bank credit card that I owned. So he was professional and nice regarding my account and how to fix this problem.
