Just called the number and there is indeed an option to place your number on "do not call list"

It is possible that they are trying to collect some kind of statistics on how many percent of people go home right after work and answer the phone if the phone rings.

Have been receiving calls from this number for over a month. Just reported it to the FTC Complaint Dept.

These people keep harrasing me, so if you go to the website and register for the do not call registry you can file  a complain.

Keep getting calls 2-3 times a day and when I answer no one is there.

got a call from this number, with caller ID IC LLC have had calls from other numbers with the same caller id.

I just contacted Bank Of Amercia via online chat and they are stopping these calls for me.  Its going to take some time, but they knew exactly whgat I was talking about.

I have reported this at least twice. And still they call. How can I block these calls?

832 366 1100 with caller ID of IC LLC. Lots of calls, over and over again. No messages. Who are they? Why are they calling?

Okay - lots of phone calls every day (I work but when I come home I'll see a dozen or more phone calls from this number but no messages left). Every now and then I'll run to the phone and the morning (before I go to work) and it's them. 90% of the time they just hang up on me. The rest times they ask for a person I do not know, have never known. I have told them at least on 20 occasions that they have the wrong number. Doesn't stop them from calling. Sometimes the response is, "Sorry, we'll remove your number from our calling list." Sometimes the response is a bit more rude, "Are you SURE you don't know this person? Really??"  Duh! I'm pretty darn sure I don't know this person. Now I just ignore all the calls. They can waste their time if they want. I won't bother to answer any longer if I see it's them.

So I got a message (rare - wow they actually left a message this time!) that said, "This is a private phone call for ______ (a person I don't know). Hang up if you are not ______."  I don't think so! You leave a msg on my private home answering machine and I'm going to listen to it. I've gotten 100's of calls from this caller ID but never a message before. So it continued, "By continuing to listen to this msg you are confirming that you are ______. If you are _____ go into a private area right now to receive this important msg. (delay) This is related to a debt collection. Please call (gave a different number)."  Then a hang up. I did call the other number, it's in Texas, but no answer, just a machine. I guess now they think I've confirmed I'm ______. Stupid tactics.

I've been receiving these calls for a couple of weeks but the number is a bit different from the one I see in these messages.  The number on my caller ID is 832-366-1101.  I hope these dispicable people are caught and punished to the fullest extent of the law, if they've done anything wrong of course.

I hope that the sleeping giant in America wakes up and starts standing against corruption and cheap tactics like these.  We can effectively stand against organizations like this by not purchasing their products nor the products of people who support them, and certainly by not electing politicians who don't stand against this type of corruption.

Yes thay call and when I answer there is no one there

Just got a call from 832-366-1101.  If they are working for B of A & it's debt collection as they presented themselves to "They think they're tricky, huh!!" on 28 Aug 2009, they are definitely barking up the wrong tree here.

We own B of A not one red cent. We are the sort of credit card users who charge no more than we can afford to pay off & pay our balance in full every month.  It was that way when MBNA held our cc account & it's been that way since B of A took over.  Every since B of A took over the MBNA credit card accounts & started screwing over the old MBNA cc holders by, among other things, continually reducing the available credit, thereby damaging peoples' credit ratings - ours included, we have pretty much stopped using our B of A credit card.  We've used it once since April & only because we didn't have enough cash & had forgotten to grab a new pad of checks so had no checks with us.  Cut a check to pay that B of A bill the same day the bill arrived & popped the payment in the mail the next morning on the way to work.  


I HATE B of A !!  They're wasting their time if it's a marketing call & they think they're going to sell me anything.  Soon as the economy recovers & the credit industry loosens a bit, we're switching credit card companies.

Don't know what Company

Received several calls from this number.  VERY ANNOYING.  Every time I pick up, they hang up on me -- without making a sound.  I've tried calling the number back (and the other numbers mentioned by previous posters) but I get a busy signal every time.

I wish I could reach through the phone and strangle these morons.  As soon as I get someone that will actually respond to my "Hello," you can be sure I'll be giving them a piece of my mind.  It just makes me so irate!

Or, contact B of A and ask them to no longer contact you with marketing offers. I did this via their online banking site.

My plan B was to change my ph # w/ the bank to a bogus number, but since I have an account w/ them, I would like them to contact me if they need to.

Same situation in Portland, OR. I get a call from this phone number mostly at night, sometimes twice a day.  I would love to get these harassing phone calls stopped. I suppose I'll look into Call Blocking if the fees are't much.

Innovative Consultants (IC) lists Bank of America as a client.  IC also calls from 713 228 2907.  BofA appears to be the source of annoying calls from AGI 616 980 4030.

This company claims to be working with B of A fraud protection - DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!  I called B of A fraud department and they ARE NOT working with this company - they said they are phishing.

How do you stop them from calling?

They call everyday in the afternoon and twice on Saturdays.  This has gone on since 1/05/2009 and comes from three different phone numbers.  302-369-7074,  832-366-1100, and 281-469-2802.

They called my home and asked for me.  I wasn't home and they got my husband.  The funny thing is that the cards that we do have with BofA are in both our names, yet they refused to speak with my husband. When my husband called me and gave me the information I knew it was fraud.  Firt of all, if there is ever an issue with BofA, they always call my cell phone.  I was in the store one day and hadn't used the card in a while.  BofA called me on my cell to make sure it was me using the card.  However, this company is not BofA as they identified themselves. This company is very fraudulent.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  I'm contacting BofA's fraud department right now.

Caller calls from IC LLC and asks for my boss. Knowing its a telemarketer I ask if I can help and they hang up on me, very rude. They say its regarding his Bank of America account. I called the number back and they have an option to remove your number from their list. I did so. We will have to see if that removes them or makes them call more!

I just got a call from these people as well at about 9pm. As soon as I got on the phone they hung up. Be very careful and don't give any information to people who cold call you like that. Also notice they are from Texas, Bushes home states and I am starting to think one of the most corrupt states besided Miami and New Jersey.
