Fake a***oles fishing for info

they say I owe a bunch of money to 1st bank of delwear. they have a old address for me for a time frame i did not live there. they have no infor on the loan agree or the account statements. upon calling several times I get the same gurl named Ashley white. I really do not think this is her real name. they are young gurls getting paid for lieing

These debt collectors have reached a new low in their creativity. Very clever in their wording but it's just scare tactics. They say "there's been a legal complaint" filed against you, and then they reference the word "restraining order" or "subpoena" in a manner that makes you feel like you better call them back or you'll be in trouble with the law. It might even be illegal for them to even employ such a tactic. Please don't worry though..it's COMPLETE B.S....in fact, make sure to laugh in their face if you happen to speak to these idiots. Just tell them "Nice Try..Thanks for Playing."

Caller identified herself as Tory Anderson, special investigator, who threatened a subpeona if the call was not returned in 24-48 hours. No name of business was given. (surprise) This is the second time we have been bothered by this phone number. I infromed them we are on the "Do not call" list and the gentlemen said he didn't care. I'm not sure what can be done but I beleive they need to be investigated. Thanks, Louis
