This people keep calling my cell phone in a threatening tone of voice. Never heard them before. I don't know how they obtained my cell phone number. But the next time they call I will ask for debt validation letter also ( thanks for the info Misty ). I think the name of the company is Harris corporation, Earth star Geographic LLC from Michigan.

Critical Resolution Mediation..collection agency that buys old debts for pennies on the dollar. Their collection practice's violate just about every Fair Debt Collection Practices Act law. The debt they are trying to collect on is probably 3-5 years old and has been discharged. Do not pay these people unless they can validate the debt via the US mail. These people keep calling and threatening me when I ask for a debt validation letter they state they have sent me one and they won't send another one. They haven't sent me anything. I just ignore their calls I have asked that they not contact me anymore at work but they continue to call if they keep this up I'm going to sue them.
