I'm getting this number coming up on my cell phone...  2-3 times daily.

I don't care if its the VFW or not.  I have a new born that it woke up 4 times today and 3 yesterday.

This number called me 5 times.  I called back and there is a two tone pulse that repeats periodically.  I tried it on my cell phone and it made the cell phone hangup.  This did not happen with my land line.

I've been getting a couple of hangup calls from them every week, for a few months now.  I don't care if it IS the VFW, I'm getting really bloody tired of it.

I have been getting calls from this number too. It says "Amer Clthng" on caller ID. After checking out this web-site trying to find out who the number belonged to, I decided to answer the phone when they called the second time today. I have an answer for everyone. I got a recorded message and it is from the VFW (Veteran's of Foreign Wars). They just wanted to know if I had any clothing to donate because a truck was going to be in my neighborhood on a certain day. It is not a Prank...it is legit.

Called 6 times today. When I called back it (or someone) answered but no response. Then they called again.

This call came at 5:14 on 6-21-07 and was not answered. ID said "Amer Clthng". Other sites say no one ever speaks when you pick it up and same thing when you call. This may be an auto-dialer to see if the phone will be picked up by a human.

Called 4 to 5 times, no message - text said "american clothing company"

They have called twice today and do not leave messages

No message was left.  Have seen this one several times on caller ID
