dont know caller

This # keeps calling in priv. Who is it and why is he/she calling and hanging up?

We just got a call that showed unknown. They asked for a specific name of someone in this house. I asked who was calling and he said Troy. It sounded like a girl was in the background. Then said they were (their full name) and they were the real one and the one here was an imposter. They asked if they need to come to (our street) and get their identity back. I asked if I should call the police and they said no. When I tried to call the number back it seemed to be a different person who didn't speak english.
