This guy called me from this number and I told him I wasn't here because I didn't know the voice.  Just won't get into the sales pitches with them.  They can just all go away.

I got the call that Michele got except it was a young lady. What worries me is she had my first four numbers on my credit card. She said she wanted to ask a few questions then transfer me to her supervisor. She wanted to verify my address and employment. She wanted to make sure I was receiving my magazines on time. The only magazine i get i get free from mycokerewards. No money or card numbers were involved. I told her I didn't purchase any magazines and just let me talk to her supervisor now. She said she wouldn't let me talk to her supervisor until I answered a few questions. I told her I didn't order any magazines and hung up.

the same thing just happened with my daughter.  they said she owed them over $320 for magazines that she didn't even know she subscribed to (she's only 19, so I wouldn't be surprised if she unwittingly agreed to something, but certainly it was something that didn't come with a written contract!).  I wanted to see if anyone else had this issue first.

Got a call from them. No message. Cheraw, SC. Scam!

i DID answer. this oldlady asked me a few dumb questions...told me she was calling because there was reports that magazines in my area were not being delivered. after her questions which were vague, she transferred me to a manager who asked me if the first lady was nice. said yes. then she asked me if it was true that i had no trouble gettingmy magazines. i said, no trouble at all....**** THEN, she said, so am i right in assuming that you want to continue "YOUR SERVICE?" i said i am fine.  she said, i am willing to give you 'OUR SERVICE?"...(whatever the f that is?)...i said no thanx. she said what if i gave you the first 6 months free?. i said no thanx. ***she got nasty, and said,so you want to continue to pay for it?.....blah blah blha. i said i do not want to  buy anything. my mail runs perfectly...and hung up. ****i think if someone is not smart, and or not paying attention, this scam may worrk. the way they word thngs is tricky.....i cannot remember exactly what she said...****FINALLY, IT IS A SCAM.. BTETTER TO BLOCK THE NUMBER, OR NOT ANSWER! i work at the da'soffice in central Houston, and tomorrow (wed) i will report them formally. with all the proper papers filed to start an investigation!...be careful!

I had a similar experience...they said I gave them my card number verbally and that I had a "verbal contract."  They did seem to have my number, so I'll be checking for unauthorized charges.  The magazines supposedly included Forbes...not sure which other ones.  PFC(?) is possibly the name of the company.

I GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND THEY SAID THEY HEARD I DID NOT WANT TO RENEW MY MAGAZINES, I SAID I DONT GET ANY AND DONT WANT TO RECIEVE ANY. SHE SAID SHE HAD A FEW QUESTIONS.. MY AGE, MARRIED OR SINGLE, THEY HAD MY ADDRESS AND WANTED TO KNOW WHAT C/C I USE MOST.. AFTER THIS SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT CHANGE ANYTHING & WOULD TRANSFER ME TO HER SUPERVISOR.. HE GOT ON AND ASKED IF I WAS GETTING MY SUBSCRIBS OK... I TOLD HIM I DONT HAVE ANY, HE SAID I DO AND THAT I SIGNED UP IN MARCH WITH MY C/C. I SAID I DID NOT GIVE THEM THAT INFO OR AUTHORIZE ANY CHARGES AND THAT I BETTER NOT SEE ANY ON MY ACCOUNT.... I HUNG UP ON HIM AFTER THAT.

i received the same calls, today about 4 within 15 minutes..leave no message..anyone with blackberrys try Mr Number app..blocks this stuff out..no need to change number

They told me that they were calling from my customer service unit. When I asked them for the name of the company, they hung up.

same thing...just change your number if it gets out of control...these people think they can call all hourse of the night and just hang up.....

received a call from 843 253 0312 - they hung up when picked up and no message left

Just got a call, too. Didn't leave a message so I guess it can't be important.
