Debt collector, VERY RUDE, even called me "ignorant"......

Spoke with two people who gave me the song and dance that I was going to get a summons and they had information in incorrect on my home address. Stating they were trying to help me but they didn't have any solutions to help me.. They were very rude and none of the information that they provided to me was correct.

Not sure whats going on. I don't have any outstanding debt, but keep getting phone calls from random "debt collectors" Seems like a shake down to me.

debt recovery agency that gives out your social security number and name to who ever answers the phone before ever verifying you are the one they want.
