Exactly what happened to me for a week

I missed a call from this # today on my cell, and they left no message. I will definitely not answer it if they call back. And I hope it ISN'T Blue Green Resorts as those people are SO relentless!! I had them calling my cell from a different # so many times last year, that I finally answered it (as I NEVER answer calls from #s I don't know). They actually talked to me the first time I answered. They were probably afraid they wouldn't be able to get ahold of me again if they didn't take that opportunity right then since they had to call so many times just for me to answer once!! Anyways, I let her give her ENTIRE spill to say, "Oh wait, I have to ask my husband about this, hold on, okay?" And she was so aggravated as she knew my husband had just come in from work as she had tried to talk to us on speaker, but he refused and she heard him refuse. So she said, "I knew this was going to happen!! That is why I always talk to a couple at the same time as now he is going to want me to give my whole speech all over again to him." And I assured he he wouldn't as I had taken notes. So she informed me to remind him that the offer was only good today and I told her to give me a # and I would call her back. NOPE!! YOU HAVE TO PAY YOUR $99 FOR YOUR 2 FREE TRIPS RIGHT THEN AND THERE BEFORE YOU GET OFF THE PHONE!! However, you have 1 yr to go to the Smokies (that was where our trip was for) and 2 yrs to take the cruise. BUT ONLY HIM AND I CAN GO ON THE CRUISE, NOT OUR KIDS, AND WE PAY FOR OUR WAY TO THE POINT, ANY TAX, TIPS, GRATUITIES & SHORE EXCURSIONS. But I can take my 2 kids to the Smokies, if I want. So I tell her okay, hold on, let me try to explain all this to my husband and she said okay. At first I let her hear me walking in to talk to him and then I said to him out loud, hold on & let me set the phone down so I can show you and he said okay and we just muted the call. Of course, we could see where she disconnected the call about 25 seconds later. And since she didn't call back, I am assuming she got the hint!! But if nothing else, I jacked with her by wasting a good hour AT LEAST out of her time, as I had nothing better to do at that time. At least she wasn't making harassing phone calls to others during that time!!

**What was the WORST PART about this was, I was supposed to have WON THESE TWO (2) TRIPS FROM BLUE GREEN RESORTS, because she said I had filled out an entry form at the Louisiana Boardwalk on so and so day. Not that I remembered the day is why I knew I had NOT WON this, but I KNEW I HAD NEVER FILLED ANYTHING OUT AT THE LOUISIANA BOARDWALK TO WIN ANYTHING TO HAVE WON THESE TRIPS, YET I WAS A WINNER!!! Therefore, I knew she was scamming me as soon as she blurted out her first sentence 90 to nothing in an overly upbeat way, to the point she could have been "high" or something!!!

Got a call today, missed, called back, said mailbox is full, cannot get new messages

With these call centers there is likely no chance of criminal prosecution but I wish the FCC would institute the practice of Civil Forfeiture whereby a Judge will render a Court Order and then agents will go and seize all of the methods these individuals utilize to attempt to and actually scam law abiding citizens. In other words seize every computer, every phone, and every stick of furniture and donate it all to citizens in need. All of that needs to happen with one exception. Computer Forensic Experts need to utilize the data on the computer hard drives to criminally prosecute the ring leaders if the situation warrants. I am tired of these calls and as I see it this is the proper route. Contact your closest "U.S. Attorney's Office" and advocate this along with contacting your Congressman. Focus on one and drive it into the ground until it works and then the others will realize they are not immune and will begin to squirm.

I received a call from this number but I didn't bother answering because I knew it would be some telemarketing cold call.  It's very annoying getting this calls.  Stop calling!

RoboCall Telemarketer Carrier: Level3 VOIP. I did *67 to block my VOIP number to call back & had an automated attendant indicate "Cannot accept new messages at this time". A series of background clicks with silence then it automatically disconnects the call. For those with Android devices your so much better off in being able to prevent repeat calls. For those with iPhone I recommend using FREE app YouMail to ditch calls. For calls made to Landline, I subscribe to http://nomorobo.com/ The call rang once and the free service endorsed by FTC 2013 award prevented the illegal telemarketing call from being answered by me or by voice mail as a hang-up. Call centers invoice the carriers through monthly tariffs for connecting calls either answered by your voice mail or a human being ... Reason why majority of calls are hang-ups!

I have received three calls from this number. They do not leave a vx mail. When I call the number I get a recording saying, "This mailbox is full and cannot accept new messages at this time."  I tried to text them and tell them to take a flying @#**&@# at a rolling donut, but no luck there, either.

i don't understand people doesn't have better things to do instead of calling some house at 6am!! I am getting so many phone I just hate this!!

This number keeps calling me a few times a day! When I don't answer they never leave any message! When I do answer they hang up!

Keep getting calls from this number. 4 in the past 24 hours. I answer, there is dead air and then the call disconnects. VERY annoying.

got a call from the above number.  except my called id shows two numbers.  I don't bother picking it up though can hear someone breathing in back ground.  this has been the 2nd day in row I have gotten call but I will not and repeat will not answer it.  what I will do is turn it in to dnc

My cell phone has gotten a number of calls in the last 2 weeks. Annoying. When I answer I just get 2 tones. Call back gets mailbox is full.

This number constantly calls me....is never there when I answer......cannot be called back.....Please have it stop!

 I filled out a "give away" at the Plano Balloon festival an for the low price of $169 me my husband an 3 grandchildren can go to Florida an then go on a cruise..for free..what we supposed to do wth the kids!!!! i told her call me later she said it will b gone..BYE BYE..SCAM

Have been receiving calls from this number 2 to 3 times daily for the past week.  They do not leave messages.  Called the number back and received an answering machine that just said "you have reached the corporate offices, leave a message."  I did attend a homeshow about a month ago and since then we have been receiving numerous sales pitches for time shares and these people are rude and pushy, you have to hang up as they will not shut up."

Have any of you attended a Home Show/Expo lately? I have and now receiving numerous calls about timeshares.

They called again 10 minutes later. They answered saying they were Customer <something> with Bluegreen Resorts. This appears to be timeshare sales pitches. I told them they had the wrong number, guy on phone answered "We have the wrong number Jesus" in a condescending tone, and they promptly hung up.

Got a call, sounded like a bad connection. Said hello, got no answer, two seconds later call ended.

Keeps calling (for the past week has called once a day) either hangs up if I answer or doesn't leave a message

Called Sunday early afternoon (Easter) 3.31.13 real fast talker, asked for me by my name which I find rather scary considering I thought my cell phone was private...I told the guy calling that the number is a private number and never call again.

Out of the blue, reiceved call this morning.
I didn't pick up (working) and they did not leave a message!
