My caller ID says Beaufort SC. Everyone I once knew at Parris Island has graduated into the Marines and is stationed elsewhere. I do not know anyone from Beaufort or PI any more. So -unless it's Tom Berenger, who does live there, by the way, I won't be returning this call nor will I be answering their repeated calls to my cellphone and landline.  

Actually I do know someone else in Beaufort, but unless this is a 'Twilight Zone' episode and a downed phone line is in the military cemetery, I'm not getting calls from them. And yes, I've checked and this number is not from the cemetery staff. They do not call, they write.
