Thei call but do not say anythink . I wait and thei hung up!!

"John" please, oh please call me back!!!!  "John" called and told me that he was with Microsoft and they were receiving error messages from my computer.  I told him that he must help me to take care of this issue right away!  Then "John" told me to log onto my computer which is when I told him that I couldn't BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A COMPUTER but that we certainly needed to address the problem if he was receiving error messages from a computer that I don't even  have!  He asked me to speak with "David Coffee" about this matter.  I agreed and begged him not to hang up on me like they have done in the past because I really want to get this matter cleared up!  Then.....he hung up on me!  I am heartbroken that he would not help me fix this problem!  

I have tried and tried to call him back at the telephone number on my caller ID, (214)447-7709, but all I get is a cheap recorded recording that says the number is no longer in service.  I always talk between the recording repeating its-self in hopes that "John" or "David Coffee" will hear me and pick up our conversation.

If you hear from them, DO NOT give them your computer information, or any information, other than the message from me that I still want to get the problem worked out so that they will stop getting error messages from a computer that does not exist!!!

I just got one of these calls and told them I don't have a Microsoft computer. He seemed very confused and then questioned "You don't have a computer??" . I told him I have a Macintosh and he said "Oh. Sorry, wrong number."

I just tell these lame a***s that I don't have a computer. They hang up

A gentleman with a heavy accent called and said he was from Microsoft Tech support and told me my computer sent an error to the Microsoft Server and he wanted to help me fix it.  He asked me when the last time I was on the computer on the internet.  I said it's been a while and he said so you are having issues with your computer.  I said no but he kept saying they received some errors.  I told him I had a hard time believing that Microsoft would call me and try to help.  He said he could give me his number and I could call him back or he could just show me the errors.  I told him I still didn't believe him and asked for his number.  He gave me this number and his name and told me to call him back because it was very important.  He kept insisting that I call him back.  I didn't.

Well it seems they are still doing it.  I had the EXACT same thing happen  to me yesterday as Mark did in June.  Thank you Google and THANK YOU for  these post!! I am going to call them back JUST to give them a few of my "thoughts"!!

Wanted me to punch in address.  I was uncomfortable and asked for a number.  I googld the number and saw complaints about this number as a telemarketer service trying to get access to computers.  I called back and told them to take me off their call list.

You Scumbag impersonating as some one from Microsoft.

I received a call on my cell phone from "A PERSON" stating they were from MicroSoft and they wanted me to log on to my home computer so they could remote in and fix any problems that I was having... . LOL, I wasn't having any problems nor did I report any problems. I couldn't get their name but when I called the phone number back a man stated that was his technician that had called. I told them that I knew this was a scam and they didn't respond. DON"T FALL FOR THIS CRAP!!!!
